Rule of thumb: the staff of a cell phone shop is generally clueless about cell phones. Car salesman are not mechanics. If you want to know about known issues with a phone, look up android forums dot com and find your phone. This device unfortunately is like many cell phones that members of the general public purchase, while never knowing anything about how they work; they are little computers that people mostly break themselves.

Had it for about a month now and its a fairly good phone for the price, I recommend buying the unlocked version as the tmobile version has no internal fm receiver. The display quality isnt very detailed with its resolution but its very bright and colours are well saturated which compensates. Expect smaller picture to distance ratio with its mere 5mp rear camera, picture quality isnt that sharp, it tends more to the soft side and colors are again saturated. Internal space isnt enough, mine ran out in about a week. I rate 6.5 out of 10

This is the best phone ever in fact all that BS about it not working tip buy the real deal from like your carrier I have T-Mobile and its great and it even has auto check that works 99% accurate. It even gas the screen where you can see in the sun and everybody else looks like wow it has lots of space I can stream and take pictures I could say the quality is as good as I phone battery life is long charges fast with the charger that domes with it also the wall charger smooth gameplay no freezing enhanced screen my old LG drains fast in at least a half of our dead this thing can last hours and charges fast there is so much to see.

I need a decent phone asap for under $300 and I can't afford to spend more than like 5 days of learning curve time to "hack" all the bugs and BS out :(

They didn't want to give me another one but they finally did and this one freezes up constantly and calls drop EVERYTIME I talk on it. It's a waste of time and money.

I've owned my LG K7 for the last 3 months and i love it. True it's smaller and not as fast as Good as a LG G4. or an Galaxy or IPhone but it does everything I need only a fraction of time slower. Pound for Pound it's the best phone I ever owned TMOBILE!

I have had the worst experience with this phone. I just bought it a week ago and all it does is freeze constantly, especially when i'm on snap chat. It blurs my pictures all the time or freezes and just goes blue after i take a picture.Snap chat use on this phone is terrible so whoever uses that app a lot i'd stay away from this phone.

not really......i bought this 2months ago......the first 2-3 weeks a full charge would last all day.....now i have to charge it 2-3 times a day. i am a HEAVY internet user though.

I can't get music to play from my library I load a disc in my computer upload the album and all the info is in my K7 but as soon as I hit play it says CAN'T PLAY SONG in about to smash this 135$ turd to pieces unless some 1 can help me ASAP

I have had mine for 5 days and now when I text it just sends and sends messages up to forty before I had to stop the message manual I'm taking it back in the morning worst phone I've ever had

If your looking for a pinhole that's affordable and has a nice camera and screen and lg feel and design style this is the phone for u the speaker is good but has no bass a little distorted but over all good
