Complete frustration! This phone constantly freezes sometimes I can't even unlock it I have to take the battery out completely for it to start working again. Screen rotation randomly works. And talk to text is horrible it makes up words that sound nothing like what I'm saying. Predictive text completely sucks. And very low storage which I find extremely annoying. I will never buy an LG again they make crappy phones. I'm completely disappointed I've only had my phone for 3 months. I got mine through T-Mobile which was suggested to me by one of the customer service reps. I will definitely be going back to my Samsung. Also what the hell is up with the Google app slow and annoying. I'll try not to smash my phone before the next 3 months is up. Complete waste of money.

The first day I had to bring it back .I went through 2 phones in the first 30 days. Now its July and another issue with phone. The button on the back is broken.My screen stays black. I was on the phone and screen went black and also was getting a call and screen still black . I went back and got another one. I had to pay $15.99 this time. The first 2 phones I had to get were in the first 30 days so I didn't have to pay anything. I do like the phone but this is the last time. If something happens again I will be getting a different phone. The service is good. My boyfriend and my friend both have the LG K7 and have not had any issues. Also the employees a Metro PCS are great!

this phone is absolutely horrible. Ive only had it for about four to five months and it no longer can read my sd card or sim card! It is ridiculously overpriced for something that barely works.

I have had this phone for 3 months and it happens to be the worst. When I turn the phone horizontal for full screen it stays small. The rotation is on. Sometimes it rings and sometimes it doesn't.

This is one of the worst phones ever when you go to turn it on it doesn't want to turn on it barely charges it takes a long time to charge when it does charge overall on a scale from 1 to 10 this Falls to zero worst phone ever had Metro needs to get rid of this phone I do not recommend this phone to anyone

My lg k7 is acting up a went to sleep and when i woke up i and no sound comes out i missed so many calls i already checked setting to see if something was wrong there but no im so mad i want a refund.

Second day I bought this phone first time it went dead the screen flipped out and died and wouldn't charge anymore had to get a new battery, about a week later I woke up to my volume button steadly decreasing on it's own. Its very irritating and I do not recommend this phone, I've kept my old LG phones for years and they still work with no cracks but this one is not up to par by far and LG is slipping on there ability to bring a decent phone.

No problems after I got this phone but 3 months after...this phone is garbage. I think I should stop using LG entirely and get an iphone. Does anyone else have that problem where youtube videos buffer...on wifi?

The phone over all is a good phone if u looking for a phone with enough features for 149 bucks the processor is decent but if u looking for a phone that is able to play games like black ops this isn't it. The bad about this device is that the screen craks easy

I have rig my charger because it wont charge properly and i just got this phone may 2016....i do not recommend this phone to anyone.

This phone is pretty shit be honest. too many problems. Also my phone randomly keeps going to Google speaker by itself. Does anyone else have this problem? If so how do I fix it? And the funny thing is I haven't even had this phone for even 3 months and it's acting up. Take my advice don't buy this phone especially if it's from metro.
