Is there any way to reset my phone without deleting all of my contacts? It has been acting up by not showing my lock screen, changing my background, and it wont let me use the home button or the button to the right of it.

Ok i found a temporary fix for the app issues in the recent apps screen it works by refreshing the launcher by unistalling a large app or by reseting it by switching launchers it works for some time and is my only way to get the apps working properly

Great now the problem with the camera has now spread over ALL of my apps now they all take 2 taps to open in the multitasking menu

It is a good mobilephone
The camera is good
Wifi is ok and have no problem
The battry is not good in best condition u can use it just 24 hours
At all k8 with android 6 is good

AnonD-634902, 18 Jan 2017i have no problems with that. ive just checked that. i sorr... moreIt's fine this phone is trash anyway like seriously yesterday i had a battery problem when my phone's battery usage was stuck on "collecting battery information please wait" for like 2 hours i tried plugging it in to charge but nothing and then it shut off at 30% and refused to charge for a few minutes until i put the charger in a different socket like i swear if i encounter another problem with this phone i'm gonna send it in for repairs also a month ago this phone started auto restarting on me and i had to do a factory reset which fixed the problem basically what i'm trying to say is that this phone sucks and is not reliable at all

Apparently the camera fixed itself and now works fine even when opened in multitasking :P

Does anyone have a problem with the camera in the multitasking menu? When ever there isn't a app in the background besides the camera it always takes two taps to open the camera while in the multitasking menu this has started happening to me since the v10e jun 30 update and i dont know what the cause of this bug is i may try to delete the camera's data and restart the phone to see if it fixes anything if anyone knows the fix and issue please let me know

go to file manager open phone storage select and copy/cut items , touch tha home icon there is the option of sd card or phone storage open the sd card storage and paste the item where you want

Not a good phone. Wifi stops working frequently (have to turn on airplane mode and then turn off to get it back up), the camera takes awful pictures, and when typing it suggests emojis, with no way to turn that off. In addition, there is no personal dictionary, so it periodically "forgets" words. Would not recommend, I'm almost glad my screen cracked so I can get a different phone.

I have an LG-K84G. Unfortunately the storage space is only 8GB so I added an SDcard. Can you tell me how to transfer items to the card. is there a way that pictures , videos etc get transferred automatically ? is there a way at all ?
