PLEASE HELP!
i LOVE this phone, but was wondering...when a new sms is recieved, is there any way to get rid of the box that comes up saying "read new message?" because it stops my rington and only lets it play for 10 seconds.

I bought this phone today and I came up with the following problems:
1. I can not change the call sound.
2. The call sound is very low, even if I set it to the highest level!
3. I choose to have the phonebook only in the 'SIM' mode, but the LG phone shows me both 'SIM' and 'PHONE' memory!
A friend of mine told me that all the LG KE970 have these problems. PLS answer if you are aware of these problems!!!

i just got the phone and im having a problem.
i have my contacts all listed under 1310-xxx-xxxx and at times the phone when receiving calls will do either 310-xxx-xxxx or 1310-xxx-xxxx and sometimes the contact name wont match up. basically, for a contact, the area code has to be either 1310 or 310 or else the phone wont read the proper name for the contact.
anyone else having this problem?

HEY ALL: I have another question,
This phone supports memory micro sd of 2 gb?
Which mark is better and recommended, KINGSTON or SANDISK? anyone here got a 2gb memory in his phone?
both marks works fine with lg shine?

i am obbsessed with this phone i LOVE it and i want it badly but it is so expensive!!!
does anyone know where i can get it cheaper than 200 pounds if so PLEEZ say it would really make this a great b-day

I really like the phone; but I get angry every time I recieve a bluetooth message as the the title of the sender is never posted, only the title of the message. Is there a way around that?. thanks a lot.

Yes,you can.When you started the MP3 player and the music plays,just press the MP3 player button on the right side of the phone again,and the player goes background,and you can do what you want else with the phone.Good luck!

its very nice fone. i realy like it.it s been launched in Pakistan.price is affordable.
i have a question here in pakistan LG is selling KG270 and KG276 brands gsm fones.these are very basi fones.in KG276 radio is additional. no games no gprs no mms.
but problem is thayt i donont see these mobiles on gsmarena site. why?
i have also searched other gsm sites but nothin found.
please tell me waht is this.is it name has been changed.

great phone, lade a nokia n93 b4, even though its not as powerful and dosen't have a camera as good as that one, i still like its styling and its small convenient size.
For the guy below: there is a button on the right side, it is marked with mp3 just push that button and you can start playing music.

I love this phone to pieces but I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm in Australia and it seems that I can choose between having the persons name display when calling OR when texting - I can't seem to have both. The reason being, when an SMS arrives the number comes up with a +61 in front of it, however when a person calls their number comes up without the +61. I'd much rather have the persons name appear when calling but would really like to see who's sending me texts too! Anyway around this? Cheers!

hey all. ive had this phone 4 about 2 months now and really want to get my photos off it onto my computer, yet when i open the software which came with the phone and is installed onto my comp it only has the option to copy contacts not pictures! can anyone help me on this please?
