Don't buy this phone. Looks nice, but scroll wheel sucks, antenna is of low quality and software for pc doesn't work: I cannot connect.

had mine a week now .
utter rubbish .
samsungs are better
firmware problems includes the bluetooth unable to conect .
when a text arrives in it cuts out .
phones4u need to stop selling this mobile .

i have a questtion if anybody can help me i just gott my shine today i thinck is very coll...mutch better theen my last phone the 8800!! that si nothing compareed to this one..my only probleem is that is nott that lousd actualy i can bearly hear it...anybody know's if there is a way maybe a seeting to make it louder>???

I just got this phone a couple of weeks ago and i must say it is awesome ... absolutely love the features ...
just one question ...
if anyone could help me out ... everytime i put a memory chip inside it won't let me play music, it even shows up as if i have no music on the chip .. and the icon appears at the top of the screen... anyone else have this problem ?? or anyone knows as too why ... ?

I think some of you guys are just too bias. Nothing wrong wth my LG Shine, every phone got their own bugs. Afterall they are all electronic devices, it's not avoidable.

this shine is full of fireware bugs inc mobile shutting off .
mp3 tones cant be used for text message ringer .
the camera is useless
a waste of money .

im realy confused in which fone to get i was stuck between the LG prada and shine but now iv seen the samsung u600 and im soo confunsed:S:( i want a slim small girly fone with suffinciant memory for music and a memory card slot... please help!

So far so unreliable. I've sold a few of these, and a fair few have already come back with software issues and plenty of problems with the rolly scroll control. It looks nice, but that's about it.

anyone know why my speaker is so low, even with i play my mp3 i can't really hear it, but my Rokr E6's speaker is really good and loud, can anyone tell me if it just my shine or is it all shine that is the same way?

Looks great!!! depending where u are it might not have the best reception. Tri-Band works better in some areas then others. Do your research. I had this phone for a month and had to sell it because in my area it did not work that good. The scroll wheel under the screen is a little iffy, sometimes jams.
