actually, smape.com is bringing out a secret vs soul review.. its on the site already but still in russian unfortunately.. i have translated it and they actually put the soul as leader.
go check it out..hopefully the english version will be posted soon.
the soul is cheaper too so probably better value for money..they are both great phones

I'm trying to decide between this phone and the Samsung U900 Soul. What's the best I can get for my money? Btw, anyone ever shop at mobileconnectionsltd? If so, is it safe and legit?

I reviewed this phone when I first got it about 3/4 weeks ago....and I still love it. I get about 3-4 days out of my battery. Camera is great, video exceptional and now i'm used to the touch navigation it's very easy to use.
MP3 player is really good....headphones are great quality and very loud!!! I find it hard to listed at full volume!
No regrets at all!

Cingular uses 850MHz. I read that some triband phones do not support 850Mhz. Will this phone support 850MHz?

But it is much better than the Samsung Soul which I returned last week for this phone.
The main consideration was: Soul was made to last only 12 month max - with filmsy coating and screen that scratch easily.
Secret is tough - screen is scratch proof and back cover is carbon fiber. This will last a full 18 to 24 month contract!

Im very close to getting this phone but theres one thing that keeps getting in my way:
How bad is the sun legiblity? In sunlight can you read texts, watch vids clearly enough? I will rly appreciate a reply as i need to order a new phone by Friday!!!

the touch screen isnt slow its more of the fact that its pointless. i dont use mine much as you can access music player and photos through normal menu.
that said when you do use it its pretty good and photos slide across with ease with not much pressure needed. the games are a pure gimmick for about 2days
i left a previous review and can add to that that my battery performance has improved greatly and i can get at least 2 days out of it with about 3 hours of calls and some texts but not much else.
i did listen to the mp3 for about 2 hrs while doing the garden and it didnt drain the battery really
my negative points still stand from my previous review however i must add that now one of my neon lights has broke and fails to illuminate now.
it is a great phone with a few niggles but ive owned a samsung u900 samsung f490 and it beats them hands down.
i just wish the ringing volume was louder and the mp3 volume was louder.
