Yiannis you say that the Samsung E900's "design" is better? Since when did "design" become an objective element where it can be categorized as bad, good, and better? Design has been, and always will be "SUBJECTIVE" my friend.

And as I am entitled to my SUBJECTIVE opinion, the E900 is a hack. And an awful one at that.

Cheerios.

You can mod the Razr to store sms in phone and not on sim card.

I was just wondering about the text message question which was brought up before and appears not to have been answered. How many text messages can it hold? 10 on sim and an average of how many on phone memory if you're keeping it pretty clean?

I've got a dreaded motorola razor at the mo and it only holds 15 messages which is definately no good for me at all!!

Anybody who bought LG Chocolate made a mistake as before buying it, he/she would have compare it with Samsung E900!! Samsung E900 is one generation more advanced than LG Chocolate!! It is like comparing the new S-class Mercedes with the old one. E900 has 2MPixel and Trans Flash card. The design is more solid. Buttons are great to touch. Another vicory for Samsung.

LG mobile phones are at best only middle class. This KG800 model is the best designed LG hand phone so far. Although the size of the phone is nice & the slider action & it's spring weight is perfect, the feel of the phone is too plasticky.

Not much basic features at all (not even a basic hands free speaker phone; not to mention a radio nor dictionary!

Regarding performance, pls. read other user's opinion.

thanx for the tip guys, i have no idea why but i discovered my security code to be 0001, after ringing up lg (08700505123 - uk) and giving them my IMEI, and they told me it was a specific handset and that the code was written on the box under the IMEI. i hope this helps anyone with similar troubles.......

Had it two weeks and have sent it back. Not a good choice....gets hot when you use it for more than 5 minutes. Message tones are awful. It turns itself off and changes its ringtone. Touchpad way too sensitive. Really REALLy didmt like this phone. A huge disappointment. Its pretty but that is it.

The person who was enquiring about the backlights on the keypad, all you have to do is turn ur power saving off in display settings.

you don't need the pin 2 code, this is for fixed dialling sim cards (this restricts the sim card to only be able to dial chosen mobile numbers, often used in lorry business for example). i would try the code given below.
