5M Pix is more than any phone needs - if you want anything around 5MPix you'll need a canon lensset and a real camera.
they share the same lacking of an open o/s like symbian/android/winMo. as long as there is no need for special apps, you'll find everything you need in the java section.

Spyros/Cesar.s.c, 29 Mar 2009This is really a very good cellphone. Nice interface, excel... moreit has _4_ times the screen resolution of the omnia i900 - don't have to think about it. no web-site will ever come close on the omnia.
(the only minor flaw is the missing option to install offline-gps-rouing as easy. but i'm wealthy enough to have a real gps-unit in my car .. :-P )

I am afraid that as there is no dedicated speaker, the sound for music player or ring tones will be too soft (like in the Renoir)

This is really a very good cellphone. Nice interface, excellent desing. very good job for LG. But it cant catch Samsung i900 Omnia.

I wish they would post if these devices are UMA. Wifi is useless if these devices are not UMA enabled!

I would really like GSMARENA to review battery life more - how many hours of hard using ,stanbdby and everything and not like it's one the specs sheet cause almost everytime the information there is not true.Battery life is essential for these devices (we saw what happened to the G1-Dream)cause it's like bying a really good and expensive sports car and have to refuel every 30 miles you go....

I like the silver/whitish back of the phone.
1. It wont attract finger prints like the black one will ( look on youtube for the black one and you will se what I mean)
2. It will stand out from the crowd of black phones. There is a sea of black phones out there at the moment, and when you will have the phone to your ear if its black no one will notice at all. The silver one will attract more admiring looks of jealousy for sure.

Nice phone!! Specs are cool and software wise is fantastic! It's a damn shame it had to look soooo much like the overhyped iphone...
LG should have known that the arena is good enough to have been different in its own way without having to imitate the iphone...
