woody, 02 Jun 2010did you do 3X factory reset on your arena yet?woody..what can you say about the pros and cons with the firmware V10f..im in middle east...do i need to update it?i just bought my unit..a cant download the boltbrowser on it..3x factory reset can help?tnx in advance

does the LG arena have emoticons pre-installed inside for text messaging? like the sony ericsson it shows a smiley when u type '':)'' so is there any smiley for arena or will it just appear as :) only?

It's works just perfectly fine since I owned this phone just last Feb. 3, 2010 and upgraded the firmware to V10p. Although there are occassional hang-ups and reboots, just don't let ur KM900 overworked! It's so amazing I just bought a 16GB memory card and it worked so perfectly fine especially with mp3 music w/c I can segregate 'em by genre, w/c d previous firmware version failed to catch up. The only downside of this phone is that it has no voice command/dialling feature w/c most symbian phone like Nokia brags about, and worse enough you cannot customize ur homescreen wallpapers and there are no themes. U can only place a wallpaper on its Lockscreen! Damn!

I don't know if I am just fortunate to have a very dependable unit unlike what others claim which is far opposite to what I experienced using this phone...
NO REGRETS BUYING THIS PHONE... EVER!

andy, 30 Sep 2010I've used this phone. lookwise it is stunning & feature... morebest thing is , back-up ur data & do factory resetting
by 1809#*900# then see the response of ur accelerometer (u will feel the difference).
And to cope up with the battery issue , i have brought a 2nd battery & i keep it fully charged so that just in-case if urgently required ......

I've used this phone. lookwise it is stunning & feature rich.
But, in due course of time, I'm feeling many problems related to its touch sensivilty & also the rolling of Menu screen in Horizontal and Vertical direction.
Pls suggest some online support centre for Service of my device.

I like to use a signatured opera mini 4.2 for browsing.
with mini my arena can browse almost all kind of website.
It is superb, best browser for mobile phone, you can download it by yourself from arena.

need to know ur KM900 talk-time , well mine is max to max 3:50 hrs, my battery drains after that.
what is urs Talk-time ?
& need some good apps site to make my Arena more Productive.

Just make sure that your phone use a good quality memory card only.
because poor quality memory card can make LG phone get hot.

This phone is a featured phone , not a Smart phone .
so ....expect a bit less from it (as compared to smart-phone), but believe me it leaves me sometimes wondering if its a smart-phone or what ?, bcoz it works so fine .....
I Am using it for Past 2 month ,its a Grate Phone , but has problems like all phone has some or the other issues :-
1)Battery ....yes its a big issue ,it needs constant charging ,if u r going to use ur phone to its limit.
My advise switch off the LED Flash , to save some Power.
2)My Phone Restarts when battery is down .
3)Its back-cover gets Hot when its going to Restart.
