recently it do restart by itself, so i try to find new version of firmware, anyway, i just tried 3X factory reset, so far so good, it look better now.. :)

Stefan, 15 Jun 2010There is not to much activity on crystal forum i haven't re... moremy friend has had one. But she's miles miles away from me. Yesterday she said, her crystal performance is excelent since she purchased n the factory reset code is the same with arena's.
both phones are S-Class UI.
3X factory reset might solve crystal problem too, but I cant guarantee it.

if that version doesnt support your country, you'd better not to get it, otherwise your phone may not work properly.
Just wait for LG release that version which support your country. V10h is good enough, isnt it?

as my firmware was V10h Malaysia version. when i check with the software updater, it shown me it was the latest version, so i don't need to update?

when ever you close it down completely or runs out of power, all the words in the t9 dictionary are not saved. also if you try to add a new city in the world clock it crashes the phone, then my first problem occurs.

I just want all arena user to be happy with the phone when people at LG repair centre dont know about 3X factory reset to make arena on its best performance.
with lastest firmware n 3X factory reset, arena can be awesome phone.

My recent V10h version has minor bug in music player, the search option has no function, but it isnt a big deal.

woody, 04 Jun 2010I think you dont need to update the firmware by yourself. ... moreI suggest to install LG PC suit 3.2. It also detect the version of firmware. I update firmware through it. It detect firmware version directly and update previously installed 10h to 10i. I am feeling that 10i is responding better than 10h in every function. No problem i find with 10i.
