It has not crashed or rebooted or froze. Everything is fast & reliable I really do not understand what people are saying. Mine also has latest firmwere which is stable. LG are a big brand they sell more phones than Sony Ericsson.

The a-GPS, like most AGPS devices uses GPS info, with assistance from cellphone masts, so yes, it requires a data connection, and yes, it'll cost you. Since this info is rarely more than a few KB, it won't hurt you in the slightest. The screen auto locks, due to the sensor on the top of the unit, which is a lil irritating if on an automated line of some kind, but managable. The Cube interface is nice, but nauseatingly slow on occasion. That said, I've found no fault with the Arena that differs from any other phones quirks, and its capacitive touchscreen is a welcome break from the P.O.S Viewty's resistive one. :)

i wouldn't suggest this phone to anyone. I got it about to weeks ago and since then i have had it replaced twice. the first time was because it froze and would randomly just turn off and the second time it would refuse dial any numbers in my contacts. it was weird because if i just dialed a random number it would work but as soon as i dialed a contact it wouldn't work. Also taking pictures is really slow, after you press the shutter button you have to keep the phone there for like another 5 seconds so the image doesnt turn out all blurry. I used to have a motorola v9 for about two years and didnt have a single problem with that, ive had this phone for 2 weeks and it really sucks! although the features of it are nice, and it does look like a nice phone i would suggest to pay the extra money and get an iphone.

If you ever consider on buying this model, I can say "Forget About It!!"
This phone crashes alot. Yes, with all the tiny goodies inside, it attracts us but DON'T judge the book by its cover.
The phone crashed whenever I'm receiving incoming call while I'm on music player mode.
Worst case, the phone restarted without you knowing all the time. This pisses me off whenever I'm expecting calls.
This phone really LET ME DOWN. Thought I try it but BRAND really makes different. LEt's just stick to big brand for now.

Bolt only allow u to have one vrsion on ur phone. Bolt seems also only allow u to download lastest vrsion. Before download, u MUST delete any boltbrowser vrsion on ur phone (if u already own). Hi guys, I´m writting from Spain. Only 1 thing, DONT BUY THIS PHONE, its a great joke, you have to pay for use the GPS, the sreen gets block when you receive a call, only works with Java apps, you cant use any windows document, etc. It was a mistake change from Nokia.

it is free n a trusted app for LG Arena, it should work well. It has best rendering page browser for LG Arena so far I know, even better than opera mini but a bit slower. If the installing problem still persist, try to visit LG customer support, may be u need to refill ur firmware although with the same vrsion.
btw. I post this with boltbrowser on my LG Arena.
