lacloidi, 09 Jan 2010I entered a same puk2 code as a new puk2 it popped up(inval... moreAll the phones has their individual PUK1 & PUK2 codes. My PUK1 & PUK2 codes given by the service provider, both also have 8 digits. The 5 digits PUK2 code is the default code.
If your problem still persist after entered the default code, you may feedback and seek your service provider assistance on your PUK code issue encountered.

PUK2 code should be 8 digits .

lacloidi, 09 Jan 2010call settings,Fixed dail numbers,New number...after i hit N... morePersonal Unblocking Key (PUK) code is used to unlock the PIN code after you had attempted three consecutive incorrect PIN code entry.
Since you have the PUK code entry and able to unlock the PIN2 code successfully, just follow the instruction given by your phone to proceed.

Some how i screwed up for 3 times by entered wrong ... moreThis post is for your information regarding the PUK1 and PUK2 codes. The PUK code is use to unlock your handset or sim card after your used the PIN code to lock them for security reason.
You can get the PUK1 and PUK2 codes from your phone's service provider.
The default PUK1 code is 1234 (for unlock sim card, after you used the PIN code to lock your sim card), while the default PUK2 code is 12345 (for unlock your handset after you used the PIN code to lock your handset).

P.S. Did you ever changed you PIN code in "Security" setting? If yes, you must use the new PIN code to set the "fixed call numbers" in your Arena, instead of the default PIN code 1234, please note.

Thanks.Hi lacloidi, below is the step by step procedure for you to add your contacts as "fixed dial number" in your Arena:
Go to "SETTINGS" menu > "Call settings" > "Fixed dial numbers" > tap "New number" > Enter the default PIN2 code "1234" and tap "ok" to confirm > tap the "Contacts" green icon to add your contacts for fixed dial number. Alternatively, you can also key in the contacts' "Name" and "Number" manually > tap "Save" icon to complete the setting procedure > Now, the contact you had selected or added will show in the list for fixed dial numbers.
Note:
To turn "ON" this function > Tap the "OFF" grey button and enter the default PIN2 code "1234" and tap "ok" to activate the "Fixed dial number" function. Now, ONLY fixed dial numbers you had set can be called when you activate this function.
To turn "OFF" or disable this function > Tap "ON" orange" button and enter the default PIN2 code and tap "ok" to confirm. Now, your phone will back to normal call mode.

i had one of this and i updated it to v10h s/w but i got a problem. why my music player didn't detect any mp3 files in my phone? i tried music sync but it's still showing no music? please help me with this

yup 10b is more stabil than other. i never try H version yet. but hopefully it better. but still flashing problem still distrubing me. even i restore it. i think this was the system bug. please lg if u read this,fix this bug n make apps store for S class at least. dont get lose with iphone.

Download V10h... you;ll see tons of progress on your arena ...asian countries only for the V10h... no more freesing...smooth online browsing etc... just try it.

This phone sucks large. It is not supported by my provider so I got it hacked. Now I can't get online..this is brutal..I had the guy fix the issue once, but I have had enough and will move to RIM or iphone soon..or google android. The phone freezes all the time and the only way I can get it to work is to physically remove the battery...any help would be appreciated

i hate this phone, the flashing the hanging and everything. i will buy Iphone 3gs nxt week. this phone suc*s
