However if you use Java, then ver 10p has slowed Java down terrible. Its now very slow and crashes the phone out.

i am very disappointed in this phone. it did not meet my expectations.
first, the texting is very slow. you punch in the 'write messages' shortcut button, then the phone lags response.
the browser is also verrryyy slow. using wifi connection, it took 5 minutes to load the signin page of yahoo. accelerometer is also not responding well.
the t9 predictive text is aso infuriating. i keep on turning it off and it would turn back on when typing a new message.
the camera is good. at least that was useful.
still, i think this phone was a waste of money.

I have no problem with the FM radio ..always on when im driving using the FM transmeter to my cars audio/speaker at 100.5FM empty tuner. i commute about 35 mins and no problem at all...i was wondering what to touch on top and i did tap everything on top as what the write about RECALL was talking about. nothing happen. i guess your firmware sucks, its time for you to change it. im using V10_g. bought this arena last April ( in HK ) on my way back home to Canada...the only problem i had out of the box was the "R" annoying icon (roaming)and no youtube access...after i change the firmware,none of those problems came back..no freezing and its as smooth as i expected. Music vidz are awesome... document reader tho is slow and batt quality still sucks, for my usage, batt last less than 24 hrs...altho i dont mind charging it every evening (2hrs tops).

I have had a KM900 for 2 weeks. It has already been back for warranty support once and is about to go back again. It is an overpriced apple want to be.

I think you should know that to improve the battery life, most importantly, the battery must be fully charged initially. Nevertheless, some of the people are not agreed with this concept.
Anyway, here may be can share with you my Arena settings and what had I done to my battery when I first bought my Arena.
- Initial charged the battery for 8.5 hours.
- Display Settings:
i) Backlight: 30 secs.
ii) Auto Brightness: ON.
- Phone Settings:
i) Auto lock: After 30 secs.
ii) Touch settings: Vibration & Sound volume: 2.
Tips: To save battery life more effectively, always press the power key once to turn off your phone power after end of the task.
Hope it can helps.

I am considering buying this model. However, from the asverse comments received about the battery in particular which i am really conerned i would like know whether this is really a problem with users.

the phone must be RECALLED.
leave the phone about 3 to 5 mins after turn on the Radio. then, press the button on top, and you will see the problem. it dosent happen all the time, but you will see. my phone was replaced 3 times due to same problem, and my friend's on as well, so!! the phone must be RECALLED!!!
