This is because of your Arena may not supported this video file format. I encountered the same with you when I tried to transfer this type of video file format to my Arena.

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2009uhm.. but when i go to mass storage, i can only seem to sen... moreBy using the "Mass storage" USB connection mode, you may try my below procedure to transfer your favorite video files in your PC to Arena:
1. Connect your Arena to PC via "Mass Storage" USB connection mode.
2. Open your video file save in your PC file folder.
3. Click to select your video file wish to transfer and right click your mouse shortcut menu and click "COPY".
4. Now, go to your phone's "My videos" folder which group under G drive (for handset storage) or "Videos" folder group under F Drive (for external storage - micro SD card).
5. After you selected the drive you wish to transfer (in "My videos" or "Videos" folder), right click your mouse shortcut menu and click "PASTE". And It will start to copy your video file from your PC to Arena.
6. Upon completion, tap "Exit" in your phone bottom screen and it will complete the file transfer process.

PS: The audio setting for my MP4 videos is AAC with 192 bit rate.

By the way, use the "Mass Storage" USB connection mode to transfer your downloaded MP4 video file from your PC to Arena. It will help you to expedite the file transfer processing time by 2 to 3X faster if compared to LG PC Suite, particularly when you transfer a video file with few hundred MB file size.
Lastly, for your information that for some firmwares, which included mine also are not supported AVI video file format.

could someone please help me. i cant seem to sync videos from my pc to my phone.it just show the amount of videos and the progress of the tranfer. but the thing is, it does not even get sent to my phone. the progress just stays 0. please help someone... video type is avi. thanks

sam, 27 Oct 2009can anyone plz help me regarding WATCHING MOVIES OR VIDEOSo... moreTry to convert your favorite video files to MP4 file format, as Arena can play a good video quality in this file format. Share with you, my MP4 video file format settings are as follows:
File format: MP4 > video codec: H-264 or MPEG-4 > video birate: 1200 or higher > resolution: 720 X 480.
Note: Arena is not able to play the WMV & FLV video files format.

i am not able to play any movie directly on my arena...nd when i am using the Divx converter , the converter is giving me an error mssong that "it cannot convert my current file"
