Is LG as good as it looks.. heard quite negative reviews about the brand in general...

I find it odd that many of these fancy new phones only have a display of 256K ?? Why could they not have made it 16 million colour display ? I have a Samsung S3500 which is pretty basic but has a 16 million colour display !!

I have taken cell just 2 days back. positive point- Its very stylish, gud sound on speaker n Headset, normal features.
Negative points- very Bad battery life, No zoom on camera, very risky to handle.
its worth buyimg if u want style n if u dont rough use it.

I finally got this phone a week ago. But can somebody tell me how can I conserve more battery life? The battery is only the problem it only last for a day can some one help me? I'm not using it that much. help I don't want to lose my cookie. :(

Hi all those out there. I'm a LG mobile promoter and also a cookie user. Here to give some comments. Basically this phone is to be purchase unless you want something cheap and touchscreen and slightly louder music and snap photos and videos and stuffs like that. This is a very very basic touchscreen phone. i will only recommend people to buy when they are changing from keypad phone to touchscreen. And to be frankly with all of you, this phone IS a demand.
I've been working like 1 month. this phone is my highest sold out compared to LG Arena. If you want something better in quality and high class, go for Arena or you can choose to wait for the new upcoming LG Crystal or LG Viewty Smart.

This fone isn't anywhere near fragile-it has been pressed in the pocket of my tighest trousers and also been dropped a couple of times,no problems-unlike a touch phone.Great fone otherwise also.

After a week mine has been reboxed for return , a fatal Bluetooth error in the phone rendered it worthless to me.
This phone could have been a giant killer but is obviously let down by quality and a lack of support.
LG have another go at this and get it right because the concept is good .
I admire all the Cookie fans out there persisting with their phones but I do not have time to mess around with something that might work sometimes.
Would not recommend this phone.
