for me COOKIE is the best phone i ever had. i had a samsung phone worth 25k, it is a slide phone and a good phone but LG cookie is better for me and very very cheap... i love it...

to zainalu , about the battery life ... i cant really tell but in my case when iam using it for calls and playing games at the same time it lasted for 1 day but if i will not use it in a day , i mean rarely use it will last for 2 days...

to auzgauz, inform LG right away so that they can report it to LG korea, the technician told me to do that if you will still encounter the same prob after the update so that they can do something about it. they need a customer complaint so that they can report it ASAP if the new software will not work. did they check the hardware of your phone? i never encountered any big prob since i bought it or even before i updated the software.

to anonymous, what do you mean i cant update it? yes i cant because only LG technician can do it.

to if you are reffering to the software update it will just take about 5-10 mins and your done. :P

hi, just wanna share. I had the phone for a week now, so far never experience any reboot/restart issue though the screen freeze twice now since the day i bought it w/c is just a minor issue. I went to LG yesterday to have the software updated just to make sure that i will not encounter any prob. so far., so good. the phone does not freeze and my phone still not encountered any reboot issues.
As per LG customer service, it is really just the software of the phone since all the phone that released (cookie) were the lower version , main reason LG korea released the updated version to fix the problem, as per agent that who updated my phone software, only 22 persons went to LG pasig to have their phone updated and so far non of those went back to complain about the reboot issues after the software update, well i guess that will fix the dilemma that each of u experienced w/ regards to LG (since mine is just minor prob, lucky me. hehe).
If you want to go to LG pasig and dont know how. its simple, just ride an fx w/ floodway signboard. then just tell the driver that you will go to LG pasig particularly in maybunga, pasig. LANDMARK is South star drug store. once the fx turned right from that drug store you will see LG on the right side. hope the info will help and guide you. ... :p hapi new yir...

###### By the way the LG pasig is open from monday-saturday 8am to 5pm according to the employee who helped me...

Hello Everyone, I have had this mobile for about two weeks now and it is absolutely brilliant I love it, The touch screen is really really responsive (way way better than htc touch) it is the thinnist touchscreen phone I have seen and it is very light, The menu system is really easy to use and mp3 player is also very nice and easy to use, Also the price £107.82 very cheap I believe the 3310 was about £140 when it came out, So over all I think this phone is packed with useful features it is thin and light weight it is also very cheap so I would recommend this phone for just about anybody, You will love it.

at SM MOA, SM Megamall, SM Manila & SM Bacoor, some there's no stock available, the store keepers says that one of the best sellers. In Php price ranges, 11,000, 11,300, 11,700, 11,800, 11,900, 11,200.

hope my LG cookie will never restart/reboot again after the upgrade, or else! grinhills ortigas is the answer! hehehe, i will sell it and buy a sony ericsson phones! hahaha!

Azgauth: LG pasig technical services told me that the worst thing can happen is, they will change the motherboard and retain the housing. they dont replace the whole unit...
