are you from LG pasig?
Im planning to go on a halfday for my work tomorrow so I go there (LG pasig) and have my phone checked. I still have the complete package, the receipt (bought it last dec 26 2008) and the pink slip they gave me when I upgraded its software last saturday (Jan 10 2009).I just wanna ask if my warranty covers repair or unit replacement (if ever). I don't wish my money back, I just want my LG cookie to work smoothly without any restarts, resets, reboots and auto-shutdowns. I hope you could help me. Ü

I have put a memory card of 8gb in my phone. But when i added mp3's it only took 8 songs - went to fone mem. How do I make them go to mem card?

me and two of my friends both have this phone and our phones keep on switching off. does anyone elses LG Cookie keeps on switching off????? and also when ever u switch ur phone off it deletes all your settings tht u have personalized and put the old theme back on, which is really annoying!

I heared that you have had a software update on your phone which Software version have you know got? i have the KP500AT_V10c which seemed to be working fine 3 weeks down the line it restarted about 3 times and this morning i turned it on after i turned it off last nite, and all my settings of reset?? j/w if you got a more updated software version so i can send mine back for a update thanx :)

Already upgraded my cookie at the LG service center yesterday... although it does not go back to factory settings anymore, It still shuts down by itself stating "Sim card removed. Please insert sim card and turn on phone."
It happens most of the time when I'm inside a moving vehicle. And sometimes even if its just on my table doing nothing.
I think It's not the software anymore but my unit itself is defective. I'm going back tomorrow and I hope the my warranty covers unit replacement...
