I have the music stop icon on my main screen but how do I get rid of the icon from there. read all the book and can't find out how to do this. Many Thanks

messages, call history and phone resets to factory setting:
KP500AT_V10c
whenever my batteries drains out, all messages, call history was deleted and phone resets to factory setting.
what should i do to prevent these?
i really need help...anybody?
but the phone is actually good... i can use my stereo bluetooth headset (motorola s9). Great Sound!

I think even just by reinstalling the firmware could cure the defect. The problem is, where can we download the firmware and how do we install it to our fone. My PC cant read the PC sync cd included in the package...

If rebooting problem is what u face then u can go and ask new software to be installed from some LG customer center.. i heard they release some new software that solves this rebooting problem...

got mine exactly on christmas!haha
bought it at festival mall for about 12000php with a 2gb card included.
its price w/o the card was 11900php because of a promo.
it rebooted on my first day of using it and deleted my saved messages which were very importnant!argh
then in restarted 3or4 times already.the settings and messages luckily was still there.
the camera is a little bit weak indoors but takes great pictures outdoors
the picture size is a little bit high so i recommend to change the settings.
the music player is the best feature that i liked the most since it plays my music very clear even if its on loudspeaker.'hindi sabog'
i really wished there was wifi. ~_~
the lg kp 500 cookie is the best phone that i ever had.^^,
