I bought the KP500 about 4 months ago and i have been using it since then. To be sincere I'm very disappointed with this phone. The only reason why i choose this phone which is 2G over the Nokia 5230 which is 3G is because the specs says it had a document reader but the only document i have been able to open on this phone is .txt (notepad) documents. It tells me corrupt file each time i try to open a pdf file and Ms-Word files open but i cant even change the page, i can only zoom in and zoom out on the 1st page it opens. Also, the video player only plays .3gp files other file types are seen as corrupt files,and this files play even on the Nokia 3120. In general, i'm disappointed with this phone and i'll advise anyone thinking of buying this phone to reconsider. This phone is not meant for this era.

I have this phone, is very good to use. but doesn't have Led Flash . It's not very big problem ,but with Led Flash would be more better.

this is a good phone... im using it from one year.. but in mangalore LG service centre is not providing a good service.. nobody ask u why u are there... u need great patience... their moto and how they work is ???? just visit and see..

this phone is good only for those who dont use GPRS...coz GPRS doesnt work properly.it automatically switch off if we browse any web site...otherwise its a good fone.

My wife and both daughters have this phone and I have to say it is a really good phone all round, the only thing i'd change really is put a small flash on camera and image stabilizer but even without this it still takes quite good photos. Its got all the multimedia functions you'd want, good sound etc, good I recommend it to everyone who doesnt want to pay 100's for a touch screen
