Its a good looking LG product but the phone doesn't supports flash( swf)items . The phone is gprs enabled but its browser is very slow .Instant Facebook twitter iconsare present but due to the inefficient browser it will take couples ofminutes to load it. If you have a plan to buy kp500 please dont purchase it . If you are searching for a LG phone you can purchase LG GD510 cookie pep. I am going to get it.......

pls help.My LGKP500 has a problem..even in full volume i cant hear the ring tone or any conversation,so i cant make a call or attend a call.but if i use the head set i can hear the volume....what should i do???

rotimi, 13 Sep 2010pls i bought this phone some weeks ago..but the calibratio... morei have same prob...if you hav warranty, everything is okay... im gonna buy corby... waay better than cookie...

y cant v hide some needed pictures and vedios in memory card...y the mobile gallary is opening from the memory card...its too frank to say that cookies is not secured oned

The phone is not bad, u cannot say dat its good. Its very slow, and the touch is not smooth at all. U hav to press than touch.
The camera is Bad, meaning the picture quality. Sound is ok, No WiFi but GPRS and even that is very slow. U cannot download Movie clips n save it gives a Erroe. Overoll its Not that good..... But Ofcourse its good looking, Slim n easy to carry.

I have noticed when I record videos with my cookie the sound of the video is obviously poorer than my sek770 or se k750.I mean both my se phones record sound better than my cookie.are other lg phones have the samd weakness like cookie?

it's my phone right now..a and as far as i can say.. its
a good one.. i dont agree to the other commentors here that this is such a bad phone.. coz i believe that it depends on how u use it that's why you're having some troubles to you're phone.. and andrea is right,, it also
dropped many times to my hand but still it works good.. for me i advice thisa phone is good.. except that it dont have wifi.. but still it's good to have.. :)

I had KP 500 in my hand , this is a bad phone i ever use , it's touch screen will not work , if i call any LG service centre they will not help , what kind of ?????? is this, please Don't buy anybody who have plan for LG product
