I reset my phone to factory setting. It was reset, but when I shut it off and turned it on; it doesn't want to start. The LG logo kept showing on the screen and fading out every 10 seconds. I removed the battery and put it back. The same problem reoccured. Any idea on how to start the set again? Thanks

It very nice phone and stylish also and there is only one one mistake that is no 3G and but ok

Not impressive. It's Blue tooth failed to work aftr few days I bought it. Video playing quality is poor. I am not satisfied at all. But the best part of it is, It's outlook.

Well it is a great phone it is much like an i phone but less expensive.
anyway there are some updates like windowsplaysforsure the kp500 is not standard compatible with wmv files but can be updated.

majid, 18 Mar 2010mine works well but i dont like the video player because wh... moreyes its aviodable .. this video player plays movie that are low pixelised. means you have to convert the move low quality format..
