majid, 18 Feb 2010Im confused between cookie and samsung star and nokia 5230.... moredude,if you r thinking about camera,then just forget about 5230.cookie is not bad. and i hate samsung.

Hi! I've had my phone for a year and a half. =) It's actually very sturdy even though I dropped it for more than I can count. It's not scratch proof, though, so the screen and casing is quite damaged as of now. The most noticable damage is the three function keys at the front. It's an inevitable damage since you'll be using it a lot, and the paint easily scracthes off.
The software is still brilliant! I haven't had any problems with it. I did have some problems with hanging on my first month with the LG Cookie, but it stopped there and it has been functioning brilliantly for the past year.
I recommend this for everyone on a tight budget! But I suggest you go check out some of LG's other touch screens. I've been eyeing a couple of them lately, and I am more than willing to exhange my battered fighter for a new one soon.

Im confused between cookie and samsung star and nokia 5230.But the most important subject for me is the camera quality.honestly are cookies photos are clear?Is it equal with star or better or worse than it in camera quality?

Hey hey! To those who wanna update their phone's software i think you can also upgrade it if there's an LG office like customer care near you. Try asking them to upgrade your phone's software. To those who are experiencing some trouble with your phone i suggest you do this. Its better to do something than doing nothing. Hehehe! I hope i helped you guys! Yeah! |^_^|y

The touch sensitivity is very good and the motion sensor of this phone will help you in viewing landscape modes for images, videos, messaging and documents. Although it doesn't have wifi or 3G but if you can live w/o those then i suggest you go grab the COokie. Hehehe! I have this phone and im enjoying it. Great music output, Great video playback specially in landscape mode. All in all its a great phone in an affordable price. I have no regrets having this phone. YEah! |^_^|y

aarkay, 17 Feb 2010how to down load soft wares on the phone.Cookie supports java games and apps. Just browse for it over the web. Or just go to mobile sites like gallery.mobile9.com and click the phone model so that it will filter all apps and games for your mobile and just look for any games or software you like. This function helps me a lot in viewing documents because i have some important files in office format stored in my phone. I can view those files much easier by making the phone in landscape position. Yeah! |^_^|y

NADA, 16 Feb 2010Hi Majid, I have one and i like to take photos using it bec... morethank you very much.can you tell me about the camera quality beacause im confused between cookie and nokia 5230.I think 5230 has better specifications but cookie has a 3.2 meg pix camera over 2 meg pix nokia so as camera is very important for me I want to know is its camera good in quality or it just can large photos (3.2)megapixel without good quality?
