Can anybody tell me which memory I have to buy because it seems to me I put incompatible memory card microSD 1GB, APACER. Device can't recognize memory card, I can't format it. Is there memory compatible list?

In the next few days I want tobuy cookie but I have some question and I will be very thankfull if anyone reply me:
1-does cookie plays pictures in full screen mode .I mean pictures that have 240*400 resolution.
2-If updating the firmware can eliminate its issues such as freezing or restarting.?
3-Is its camera comparable to samsung star?
4-Is its supporting for applications is better than star?
For me camera is very important.Which one is better in quality not resolution1cookie2-star3-nokia 5230?
please reply me.

Hey i forgot for those who wants to upgrade your phone's software mine is version v10n. Its a bit out dated i think this software version is december 2008 or early 2009. Of course you can upgrade to a much updated version. My cookie's default software was version v10c and i upgraded it to version v10n. I think the newest version is v10f i'm not so sure but try looking for it on the web. version v10n is ok for me. I just wanna give you guys some ideas about software versions. I hope i helped you out. I wanna try to upgrade again to the newest version but i'm satisfied with this version already. |^_^|y

I saw some forum sites discussing about this problem and what they did was they upgraded the phone's software. I upgraded mine because i was curious about it. And after i upgraded the software, the phone's responsiveness is much faster than before. So to those who are having a hard time or maybe you broke it without realizing it just upgrade your phone's software. Just look for it in the web on how to upgrade your phone's software. It has so many procedures but when you do it correctly you will be much happier like me. HAHAHAHA! |^_^|y

Try uninstalling the Pc Suite then check for errors like scan disk or registry mechanic to make sure you're pc is free of errors then try installing the program again. Follow the steps carefully don't get over excited and rush things. Hehehe! I installed mine and i didn't have any problem. I hope I helped you. Yey! |^_^|y

Hey hey! I saw Shahnawaz's post about the cookie only supports 3gp video format. That's very wrong!! I have many music videos stored in my cookie all of them are mp4 format and it plays very well. Again i will say this the kp500 is a very good phone. Do you think LG will make a bad phone that will make their company's name into ruin? For those who are having a hard time try upgrading your phone's software and take good care of your phone. I'm having a very great time with this device. No problems at all. Maybe i just know how to take good care of my phone. KP500 the cookie is a very very great touch phone at a low price. This is one of the easiest phones to use today. User friendly interface. No hassles like so many menu and so many useless options. Its a very simple yet totally cool interface. The flash UI is great.

I cannot connect this phone to my PC. i have loaded the LG PC suite correctly plug the phone in and the wizard just comes up as unable to connect phone...I am stuck for how to solve this. can someone please help

The phone is good all the features are good but its camera suck. picture quality of camera is good. it supports only 3gp videos of nokia 9500. Rest is good but due to camera its purchasing goes down.

This phone is absolutely horrible..the camera gets red images the music and photos are not stored on the memory card...the music plays very slowly... it has a problem on charching which makes it block and you have to take out the battery a couple times for it to recover and if you have any security code it is unprobably that it will accept it from the first two tries and if you don't let the protection on even it's stick "hurts" him...Don't buy lg touchscreen phones
