The phone s/w is super, touchscreen is super, over all experience is good. Till you try the camera and pc suite. Both suck.Battery is ok. Phone on its own is class and very user friendly.

Hey hey guys! It's been a while since my last post here. Kinda busy these past few days. Well in reply to all who posted before this post i would like to say again that the LG Cookie is a great phone and a budget friendly phone. To those who are encountering problems you just have to upgrade the phone's software and after that your cookie will be freshly baked! Hahaha! In other words it will perform much much better. I didn't have any problems with this phone. In fact the only reason i upgraded my phone's software is because i am curious of what will happen. Well it turns out that if you upgrade your phone it will maximize its performance like faster menu, much better video playback, faster response. So again this is a great mobile and it will be much much greater after you upgrade its software. I am enjoying my cookie. I'm using it as a phone, video player, mp3 player, office document viewer like power point, word, pdf and notes, video editor, picture editor, and of course the camera. Again the cookie is a great and budget friendly mobile. I hope i helped those who are thinking what phone they'll buy. Remember always choose a phone that suits you best. Not just because its the trend and now you're gonna buy it. Nah! At the end of the day its much better to have something not too much but just perfect for you. hi! my cookie went wrong just few days ago. like frozen, can't do anything, my luck I still have guarantee, but I would like to change it for some other phone. first time he colapsed only after a few days that I bought it! always have some little problems

I want to buy cookie in next days.I have some questions:
1-which one is better in bright environments,cookie or star?
2-how about durability of the screen?Is it durable enough?
3-I have heared some people say it restarts without any reason.Is it avoidable?I mean can we remove this problem through updating the software?

i cant stand the touchscreen. extremely hard to text on. dials randomly if in your pocket and you lean against a counter or rub against your seatbelt. very embarassing when you're singing along with the radio in the truck.

Can anybody tell me which memory I have to buy because it seems to me I put incompatible memory card microSD 1GB, APACER. Device can't recognize memory card, I can't format it. Is there memory compatible list?

Hi all i was just considering in purchasing the KP500 but is it a good phone?
i want a phone thats easy to use but really good camera as i do some photography. i need some good memory to hold all my music and other files and it has to have a good bluetooth connectivity?
if someone could help me out a little pit it would be much appreciated. thanks. =)

Video play back is also good. And of course you can make .jpeg picture formats into wallpapers in this mobile. Touch sensitivity is really great. All in all its a great mobile at an affordable price.
