I've had the LG KS360 for a few weeks now and after having the SE K960i for 6 months, I definetely like this one. The LG KS360 has a great lit QWERTY keyboard (with raised buttons) but after doing predictive texting for awhile, you sort of get used to that style but if you know touch typing, you get used to it. The sliding keyboard has a lovely solid feel and really handy when answering a phone instead of pressing 2 buttons to unlock. Drawback is battery consumption - by the end of 2 days it needs a charge. (Have to watch the battery bar because it goes down fast on the last bar.) But it charges quickly even if you only have a little time. Also, I tried to bluetooth my phone book on over to the LG KS360 but it wouldn't accept, not even a single entry so I had to put them in individually. Very tedious. Getting onto the internet is easy but since I don't have an internet package, I keep that to a minimum. Choice of several alarms and nice variety of sounds to use. No flash. No software. Comes with USB cable and AC charger. I like that there is a cursor choice or press a number on the keyboard - so if the phone is closed, you can still choose your options via the up/down button or slide out keyboard and press the number option of whatever function you want. One can read their txting as a threaded conversation or single entry. Cool Keith Haring themes. Good speaker. Programable favourites. Simple functions. Easy to use. Highly recommended for no frills fun.

Clearly aimed at a young, trendy and hip crowd, it grabbed my attention. It perfectly filled in for everything I needed in a phone.

The keys on the LG KS360 are well spaced, clearly labelled and backlit. The keyboard is very easy to use and easy to pick up and learn. Sharing moments with pictures and video or chatting away, thanks to the KS360, you'll never be alone (online buddies and contact lists are not included, you'll have to make friends yourself,...).
The interface is nice, slick and easy to navigate.
For dialing you can use the "touch screen" dialer that appears, when you push the designated hardware button (only in the home screen).

Music playback works well, even though the headset that's included, isn't the best in the world. Bluetooth audio is available, so using wireless headsets for audio playback is possible. FM radio works well for a phone and gets fairly good reception (only available with the normal headset, bluetooth headset not included).
Video playback looks very good on the TFT QVGA with 262K colors.
The camera has no autofocus and no flash, but it manages to do quite fine. You can compare the camera with the one on the iPhone, only that this one does video to! Overall, this camera outperforms the iPhone!

This phone is expandable with java J2ME apps, so there's a lot of room for expansion. Musts are: Opera mini and google maps. Nav4all, or similar apps can be used for turn by turn GPS navigation (GPS module needed).
Batterylife is very good, especially when you compare it to those other devices boasting a full keyboard, which I mentioned earlier. I manage to get between 2 and 3 days on avarage (and I'm a moderate user).

The KS360 is just what I needed, a no-nonsense messaging phone that has all the extra features you would expect from a phone in this price-range. Key selling point is, one of the best mobile keyboards I have used. This phone sets a new bar for affordable devices!

leen, 21 Oct 2008i just wanna ask.. i found out that this phone is very funk... moreit worth to buy it. at this price and it's quality, belive me, it worth. i have one and i am happy that i bought it. but u have to buy a memory card cuz it doesn't have in the box.

for shaunice. with no offence, your question is a rethorical one. thise phones have usb cable and headset. all phones have to have those included in the package( i mean the new phones, not the old phones from 4-5 years ago).
