Why does my phone freeze up when I send Photo's on "2go" or if I suddenley lose signal on MXIT I ve had it for about one and 3/4 years now. it is still a long while from upgrading what could I do and what suggestions can I get when I upgrade again thanx

To fix this you need to upgrade the software to the highest varient. This can be done in two ways, either by sending the handset to LG (This should be free if within the 2 years warranty), or upgrading the software online through LG's version of a programme like Nokia PC Suite. However upgrading it yourself is not the way I recommend, as somtimes when doing this the previous version of software is not deleted correctley, and therfore you can get two conflicting softwares working against each other and causing problems.

I work in a phone shop as a Nokia phone enginner and we are always getting these handsets back to send to LG nice design a cheap phone with a keyboard BRILLIANT idea but full of errors I would rate this phone a generous 2/10 what a shame :(

I bought this phone in october.
I should have bought the leather boots i wanted instead.
This phone is by far the worst phone i have ever used in my whole life.
1. The phone does not register that its making a call when you try call someone, but it uses up all your airtime anyway.
2. It doesnt show that there is an unread message in the inbox.
3. It freezes at least 3 times a day.
4. sometimes it just switches off for no reason.
5. Its design is difficult and off putting.
Today I will go buy a proper phone that hopfully works.
I feel like sueing LG for wasting my money.

i have my ks 360 4 about 1 mnth and a couple a weeks and it turns off by it self wen am in the middle of a fone call,it freezes wen am deleting msgs.One time there was no sound at all!!!!Then i tuNred it off an turned IT on back and it started to play again!!I have to charge it everyday!the battery sucks!!!!I TOTALLY DO NT RECOMMEND THIS FONE TO ANYONE!!!ITS RUBBISH!
