Nice phone. Has it faults, but what phone doesn't? Am buying a new phone (Samsung Genio Touch) .... but this phone would do well for the money. (ish)

I have the same problem i cant download any thing on my phone if i try all it says is memory is full althou i have a 2 gig memory card in i have even try to update the phone and that do not work either can anyone help

Okay, I've not had the phone for long, but I cant download any music onto it ): I can connect the phone to the laptop, but then I dont know what to do. The description in the book only tells me how to do it by bluetooth, but I dont know how to do that either. Do i just copy and paste it in? Or do I have to download some programme? Please help.

i have had the phone now for a few days i charged when i recieved and it is on 2 bar no the 3rd day of use i got memory card and stores loads same as every phone qwerty easy to use good screen and i like the screen where each person has a name on the hame screen i never knem this was on here untill i had a message but 2 are staying how do i delete these manes from my home screen as i do not want them there any help apreciated

shelbi, 13 Jan 2010For some reason I have to go through my phone book and clic... moreI have just got this fone 4hrs ago, i really like it, to send a message go to menu, then messaging, create the message, then when your ready press ok once,( main button on the top of the phone ) that will take you to send too, then press the ok button again, and that will take you to your address book, and select the person, then press send. whoa hoo, your done.!

For some reason I have to go through my phone book and click on the contact then send message to send a text... does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, for some reason it is not letting me recieve pictures :(

This phone is truly awful! It can only hold 500 messages at anytime and is unbelievely slow. Freezes all the time also. If you ask it to delete all your messages, it only deltes half of the for some bizzare reason. The battery life is also awful if you use it often. Really was a bad buy, would not recomend it.

the phone is crap the battery life is crazy and its goes off and takes ages to come back on again.as for thr phone lock im trying to put a security lock so no one can access my messages but its like trying to find a camera on a 3310.....impossible

..i think its a good phone.. have it for quite sometime now but haven't experienced any of the glitches that was mentioned here.. it's also cheap.. i am very satisfied and happy with this phone.. =)
