I cant seem to choose between lg viewty and samsung armani..
Does anyone know wich to choose?
The better camera is not really important, i just want to have a 'special', but easy to use phone.

it's a nice phone but the touch screen is a total nightmare to cope with and half the time it acts like a dud phone frezing most of the time, this phone aint worth the money. you try doing texts on the screen you will go MAD and you try doing other things on the screen it's a total nightmare i just cracked up when useing this phone and the casing around the phone is nasty looking cheap palstic type of stuff you're better of with cheap N-series nokias

I agree with Rick.It has got a lot of nice features, but certainly not the best there is. Im still trying to find my way around mine. Takes a bit of gettin used to after 12 years with Nokia. I find browsing the web a bit of a mission, but I suppose I will get used to the finger swipe action. So far I have the phonebook, messaging, settings and LG PC Suite waxed. As for battery life...I mannage to squeeze 3 days out of the battery, but that is with heavy toying around on it.
I will report back as soon as I start downloading stuff onto the phone. Contacts can be stored eiter on the sim card or phone memory, and then by using PC Suite, backed up on your PC. When entering a new contact, it looks like it only allows you to store the name and cellphone no of that person, and the name of the person of the person or company cannot be longer than 14 letters.

Hi,Jus had a Small Doubt. Apart from the 500 Contact Entries that we can store in the phone, can we also store contacts on the Memory card as well? Please reply.

Can we install the third pairty softwars, thems & screenserver in LG KU990 Viewty like all nokia symbian handset does.

This phone is one kind for those individuals looking for or who wants "something different", a certain phone that will make your day,, this one's functionality is kinda "good for everyday life", more or less.. even if it's not so famous as the other leading brands it has a distinct feature that surely captured everyone's attention, the 30fps or the 120 fps?? which is which?? yeah, that one!
Not so jampacked yet not that lacking on features..
The Verdict: approximately it will get 3 stars out of 5.. for me..

You might have got a dud phone mate...take it back and demand a new one. It should not reboot by itself. What size external memory card did you put in there? If its bigger than 2GB, and tried to format it, then you have your problem.

Max memory that this phone can go up to is a 2Gb card. Dont try formating a bigger one...you will end up with one very confused and damaged handset. Here in South Africa I got supplied with a nice stash of screen protection films free of charge. One should still be able to connect to the net with another sim card, just ask that service provider to set it up for you.

if I have many music artists on the phone. How can I scroll through them quickly? there is only thumb use or jog wheel scrolling and no bar on the side to search for a specific letter quickly.
does the viewty compensate this some how?
