i havent been on here for awhile, but then i have read on other forums that the problem w/ the camera might be because of the image processing software in the Viewty is not very good. The hardware (the Schneider-Kreuznach lens) is better than fine, but it's the software that seems to be the problem...im really hoping someone can hack into the software and help us ALL out! so we can get a decent camera!

Carls247 - After you click "send" when you've done ur txt message, hit bottom left button (darkened page) and you have the "recently used" option which holds the last numbers messaged that you can select from (about the last 20 I think)

Hi, few questions. Anyone know if you can view how much percentage of battery life you have? And also is there a setting where you can save your recent messaging contacts so you don't have to go through the whole of your contacts everytime?
In answer to a previous question, when on the internet if you use the focus scroll on the back it will zoom in and out of the page.

jus got a bluetooth headset tht ses it works with bluetooth version 2.0 but also with A2DP... the viewty has 1.2 with A2DP, i dont think it'll work but could neone confirm?

If I've understood you correctly, there should be 8 buttons on the bottom of your screen when on the internet.
Top row, button furthest right (page icon with a magnifying glass) toggles between thumbnail and zoom.
Hope that's what you meant.

hey can anyone tell me why whenever i go on the internet i get a miniature/thumbnail view? i've tried to configure the settings but nothing happened.

Good phone apart from...the camera. so disappointing. I moved from a nokia n73 and its only 3MP and it takes better pictures by far. i sent it in for repair and was told there was no problems. the pictures posted earlier on this site as an example of good picture really are not that good compared to the 3mp nokia.
Touch screen and interfaces work well. no querty keyboard when in msn messenger is very disappointing and between each message you have to keep turning on the T9 dictionary.
Web browser is fine but wont allow you to save images from a web page..only a page link.
The n73 was streets ahead here too.
I am begining to wish i had stuck with nokia to be honest :(

Hi Nick,
I'm no expert in this but I found Viewty so easy top set up email (on two seperate accounts) and it just downloads headers and disconnects. If you then select a mail from the header list, it re-connects and downloads the full message.
I haven;t adjusted any standard settings, other than adding account details onviously.

This phone rocks... Good pictures even in low light conditions with the iso settings... The anti shake effect works very well... there is even a dedicated button for it... But the best is the video recording at 120fps... When you watch the video of a quick moving car or rain i'm simply speechless... it's like in movies, like in matrix :) really cool and cute phone... A must buy...

Hi, anyone knows if the option to receive E-mail Headers only is available on the Viewty? I didn't find it anywhere in the menu.. Thx!!!

Hi, I'm thinking about getting the LG KU990 Viewty but, I was wondering if it supports Divx 6 files now? Also, if any of you guys have accumulated a lot of scratches on the lens of the camera?
