m havin this phone n really its a waste of money, i m havin both se k850 n ku990 but i think sony k850 is much better coz, it support 4gb, camera quality is much better then, excelent talk time, n ku990 doesnt even have basic features like speaker radio n call recording so people plz never buy lg phones they r worst

The battery in this phone, after about a year old dulls out and needs recharging at minimum once a day.

Does anyone know if..when you use a 2gb card memory..the phone has problems in receiving or sending songs or photos?
i used a 2gb card..and sometimes it sent them..sometimes..not..

I love it but I couldnt handlle the unresponsive touch which freeses and besides that the phone is brilliant

hi everyone! i have a problem with the camera .when i was about to take photo, it will have the focus on it. but one thing is that it always have the red light which appear to be there . how can i off the red light ? PLS HELP ME!

most of the problems all of you are facing now is just plain old age...this phone was no1 when it was released, but if you have had one since then its time to retire it......they can still be found brand new as a prepaid if you hunt around the shops or on ebay.....i got my daughter a new one 18 months ago,, she only used it for 5 months ,then got her own fone...its still in great condition ..hasnt been turned on or recharged for over 8 months ( anyone interested ). .locked to virgin though

Ive had this phone since Nov 09 and it started off very well, by inevitably over time you find out the errors of this and any other device. 1st off the editing software built into the pictures area is completely useless and doest work. 2nd i find the battery life on basic usage such as voice calls, texts and light browsing to be rather bad sometimes requires a recharge within half a day. 3rd As with other models of phone, the outer casing will eventually fall apart, but with this model the screen by the answer/hang up buttons is actually beginning to peel away. Good points about this device is that the Internet speeds via the WAP or as a modem is very quick hitting speeds upto 2.5 meg. the camera is very clear to use and brings out great results on print out. Also it looks great and just like a real digital camera.

i bought 2 lg ku990..1 has a problem regarding its display..its more bright..wen i tek foto..its not og good quality..i try to reset it..send it to repair to the buyer..still its same..can u help..do u fink its a faulty mobile?

i've been a user of ku990 until now and mine can support the 2gb i have install many applications , pictures and music and i dont hava problem with my phone and memory card ..

I have been using Lg KU990 for 2 years. ... moreyea dude as i mentioned above it will work perfectly will a 512mb card or even 1gb for instance. but it wont support the 2gb tht well . lot of issues with the memory card slot so my suggestion would be to use a 512mb or max 1 gb card in order to let it work smoothly. 1 more advice dont overcharge the battery or u will start facing problems of battery pretty soon . cause i have battery problem where if its a normal temperature the phone battery works perfect but if its cold like -2 or -3 its a big problem and the phone shuts . othrwise 2yrs now and a 1gb card eveyrthings wrking perfectly with my phone

tolu, 23 Jun 2010the touching is not responsivethis is a simple problem . do one thing . there is something called as a touchpad calibration on the phone. reset it and do wad it tell u to do with the stylis accurately and save it again . ur touchpad will work fine
