i bought this phone last year. don't find it very good at all. very slow at times. also i would recomend something to protect the screen as it gets damages very easily. the camera is good but thats it i find. no real feel to it. the renoir is much superior. but hey, thats just my opinion

Says the battery lasts up till 430H standby and 4 hours talk-time. Well... the battery is the worst part of the whole phone. I'm lucky if it lasts two days, when I don't call people and even when I'm staying in one area. Nice phone, but the battery sucks!

I bought this phone about 3 days ago and have found it fantastic!
The only con Ive found with this phone is that it came with very few or no games, apps, tones etc. However, its easy enough downloading on the computer and transferring them.
I have found the battery life to be excellent. I charged it up the day I got it and 3 days later it is still on 4 bars (full) battery. I have used it on and off throughout the day browsing internet, bluetooth, camera and occasional sms.
I highly recommend this phone!

I heart that the LG KU990r's the faster. Just ask for decision. I'm going to change from P1i to LG K990. I wonder if it's a good decision...!

-no support for multiple applications !
Good Features but with flaws
-5MP camera but relatively low color depth.
-Very good video quality, however, jerky. Some bug that sometimes causes sound to completely vanish for recorded videos

Shadow141206, 25 May 2009Please tell me, what's the difference between KU990 and KU990r ?!ku990r is like a so-called improved version of ku990. it comes with a lens shutter to protect it like ke990 [non3g viewty]. and the input display [calling, texting etc] is more like the non-3g viewty. So if you want to see how the camera look, can go to ke990
there are also some other improvements. i guess outside does not sell ku990 anymore.
currently, im using a ku990r, it rocks! except for the batt life, it last me for 3 days with excessive usage. my previous phone could last for 1 week. but this is a great phone - get it!

Its a good phone however has some draw backs. The main one for me is the fact that the battery life is no good compared to other phones i have had in the past... Also, after having this phone for 7-8 months i am kind of bored of it...

The phone is beautiful and ur friends will b all over it but the downside to it is the battery life..if you buy an xtra battery ur gud

i have the ku990i or viewty lite, its the same phone still got a slow keypad and the only yhing lite about it was there was no software or usb or headphones with mine and the seal was not touched

no i dont hav any problems with it i love it heaps and
if u r told their r problems look at the things put onto it and try and understand that u may be overusing it sometimes it gets slow but that is when it gets hot i was actually wondering if anybody knows how much the viewty 2 will be when it comes out in australia?????????/

does anyone use the ku990 viewty with an 8gb memory stick? the other day i put my 8gb micro sd in there by mistake and it worked, but some songs were missing.is this normal? can lg ku990 support 8gb
