If the Nexus 5 should be a very good phone should have these 5 new specifications:
1.gass protections: corning gorilla glass 3 full hd+
2.cpu: Snapdragon 800
3.processor: quad core 1.8+Ghz Krait 400
4.gpu: 330+ adreno or PowerVR SGX
5.battery: 3500mah
design not to be big, just 5 inch screen beacuse code name is Nexus 5, I purpose not to be big than samsung galaxy S4 ;)

Can anyone who owns this phone, if on the corner where the audio plug is, the side of the phone has something like a crack?
You can look on the photos from the Gsmarena site, because the model that they shoot has the same type crack.
Mine has it too, but apart of this flaw, it works perfect.

Sorry to disappoint someone but the device has serious issues, don't believe me, Google them: overheating even listening music, the GPU reduces speed after 36° to half the speed, random disconnections of Wi-Fi and data network, low speaker sound and get`s worse when lays down over a flat table, the headset Mic has poor gain control causing not hearing you at phone calls, and if you search more you will find some other issues and its annoying because you think this will bee the best android device couse is from Google.

As a user of low end Android devices I am thinking of upping the ante and getting the latest and greatest Google Nexus device. Can anyone tell me if it's a good idea (seeing that the cost is reasonable) to get this latest Google flagship device or are there better Android options out there within the same price bracket(barring Samsung handsets, no offense just not dealing with Samsung atm).

I got my nexus 4 last week from USA..
Got a few issues over heating up n wifi, so far no major problems..
must say it works like a charm.. worth every penny

Im a nexus 4 user here in philippines...using this phone in 3 months..very nice its not laggy smooth...nice mobile but one cons.is sometimes its heat when im using mobile data connection;( ...is this usual problem???

Best phone I have owned - EVER!!I was always into rooting and trying out new roms with all my previous phones, but there are no roms out there which improve this phone. I've stopped rooting!
