Can that actually be stated with certainty? My understanding is that a) it's currently up in the air when exactly they will shutdown 2G but it will be some time after 3G and b) there is a "Nexus 4 LTE Enabler" method posted on xda-deve...

no. no lte

I know a retiree using a Nexus 4 with Tmobile prepaid. It might even be one of the really old plans with just voice/text and no data but I'm not certain. Either way, will it still work after the upcoming 3g shutdown? TIA
