Pretty obvious from the fact that the tablets have also been out of stock who are made by Samsung. Not to mention the fact that independent retailers have not been out of stock of the mobile and head honchos at LG laying the blame at incorrect market estimations by Google, its obvious Google are to blame.

The Nexus 4 is a high-end phone for a very low price. LG said that availability of stock will be back to normal by mid-February. If you can't pass the "Nexus 4 patience test", you don't deserve one.

nik, 23 Jan 2013never. Its already stopped productionNo. It didn't stop production. it's just currently out of stock(on Google Play Store). LG said that the stock will be back to normal in mid-February.

Why all the negative comments and the low review score, I've had the iphone5 and the SG3 and in my opinion this blows them both away good style its as simple as that...

Google store is availabele in only a few countries (8 countries)- insignificant - because there are 196 countries on this planet !!!! so stop talking about 300$, it's a big error.
The phone price is over 650$ (USD)

LG is a useless company and google should not have partnership it with lg, the company not able to judge the demand properly.
Only due to LG nexus 4 is overpriced. If they had estimated the demand properly, then nexus 4 would not have black marketed.
I will not wait any more for nexus 4. I am going to buy Micromax A116 HD the same spec as Nexus 4 for just 230 euro.
Bye bye nexus 4 from india.....

The phone price is about 650$ (500euro) same price as Samsung galaxy SIII. In gsmarena review they were talking about 300$ :).
I think it'a artificial price increases made by dealers not by LG!!!
The only thing good about this phone is the 2G RAM, otherwise Samsung SIII is better, much better... so the price is not justified (compared with SIII)

One of the features is incorrect
- TV-out (via MHL A/V link)
This phone doesn't work with the MHL A/V Link Cable (I know because I bought one which my wife has inherited for her SGN1), The Nexus 4 requires a SlimPort USB to HDMI Cable and is the only phone which requires this at present ( http://slimport.co.uk/ ) as can be seen on the tech specs under "Connectivity" on https://play.google.com/store/devices/details?id=nexus_4_16gb
