A realist, 20 Jan 2013The real reason we can't get it on Google Play is that LG a... moreSo true people here in UK can get hold of one ,BUT,at full cost or on expensive contract.No-one can get hold of one at the price at which everyone is exited about thats actually making this fone sell.
I have tried at second hand stores and guess what??? they are selling them at full £395 cost for grade A .So this phone has caused a stir but for as per usual the wrong reasons..The only reason i would try LG again is that this fones cheap price..OH and by the way its 2013 we were dealing with 16GB fones in 2008.It cost nothing for 64GB card and LG will buy in bulk costing even less..2013 and still selling us 16GB smartfones..

It can be a proper booster for LG. Specs are dazzling and the looks are good. It will be a proper nexus made by lg.

The real reason we can't get it on Google Play is that LG are holding back as it competes with their Optimus G.

You can get it on a rip off contract and £100 over the asking price on pay as you go but not at the reasonable price on Google Play.

I had a similar phone and 16 GB was good never went over 15 GB
Had more than 800 pics and more than 100 songs with many games.

bought this phone 2 days ago and there is a problem with connecting it to the wifi and so has lots of other people .... nice bit of kit except the issue.
stay away from this phone carphoneware house in inverness had 3 returns the same day as mine they only sold 5

There are many reasons for the shortage for this phone. I think that at least half of the people buying it are just selling at a higher price. Another is that if LG where to keep up with the hugh demand of this phone selling at the low price in the play store it would hurt them by redircting their parts from their own line of phones. Also if google where to keep up with the demand it would hurt other android phone makers by undercutting with the low price its set at.

is there any insider news about when this phone will be available in market again...my 3 acquaintances came barehanded form US and canada...sadly i have been unlucky to buy it all the time....
