Alright, are the menu and back buttons part of the 4.7" screen or separate? This has been baffling me like. Like when they say 4.7" screen it is plus or minus the onscreen buttons. Someone help me coz that would mean the Optimus G has a larger screen and better for gaming.

With a price tag starting from 299$ for the 8GB version and 349$ for the 16GB version, this can't get any better than this. I will surely buy it. And I'm so excited at this moment.

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2012HTC One X+ is an updated version of HTC One X...not a major... moreThis I accept. But my reasonings for stating it as a competing handset still hold. It is the most powerful Android handset offered by HTC. Thus, it will go up against the most powerful handsets offered by Samsung, Huawei and LG (Just for example, there are probably many more).

Within this, there will be the competition to see what is better. The Nexus fraternity has often been a tweaked version of a current phone (HTC Desire/Nexus, Samsung Galaxy S2/Samsung Galaxy Nexus, LG Optimus G, LG Nexus 4). So it is normal to batch them in with the UI tweaked handsets from manufacturers to see how it fares against them.

Is that 3 touch button is on hardware? Or its on display like other nexus. Can anyone make sure?? If the button is on hardware, the display shape looks ugly to me.

.....high-end flagship phone with the current fastest chipset Snapdragon S4 pro, latest platform JB 4.2,
4.7 inches HD screen with gorilla glass 2 protection etc. etc.....
pricing below Indian Rs 16,000/-(excluding tax) is unbelievable !
LG nexus 4 is certain to become the hottest topic till the successor arrived.

Only a 200 MHz difference can make it a better phone than the One X. And the One X isn't on the same level as Optimus G.

I don't really have time for listing every single phone there is that will compete with the LGN4, nor am I going to become a keyboard warrior.

As for the HTCOX+. How is that not a competitor? It is a high end Android handset.

Kindly please remove yourself from the saddle of your high horse. Every phone has a competitor.

If Google bought Motorola than why on Earth does Google choose LG to produce their own smartphone?

There must be some sacrifices that are required in order to get the price of the handset to what it is. But, essentially, Google and LG haven't scrimped on the specs that matter, thus futureproofing it a lot more and allowing this phone to play properly with the big boys that are S3, One X+ et al.

I cannot believe anyone moaning about this phone. I love iPhones but even im shocked how good this phone is for its price. No LTE? So what? LTE is a con here in the UK and with so many wifi hotspots and excellent 3G speeds anyway, im really not fussed. No radio? So what? Most good networks offer unlimited data, meaning you can stream with internet radio, meaning much better quality and a huge selection of stations. No SD slot? So what? Do cloud back ups!

Seriously, even as an iPhone fan im shocked Android fans are moaning about such a great device.
