I am facing a problem. When I call or answer a call with nexus 4 the screen completely goes off, with no option to end the call. what is the solution?

I am happy to help you in any way. You are right about fragile back, No doubt it is very beautiful and eye catching but it is not gorilla glass it is just a tempered glass. So please go for a good back cover. I am not sure about current price as this phone is discontinued but one thing is for sure if you talk about performance then you will not gonna regret even for a single day. This phone can handle anything with a smile.

Two days back I purchase Google Nexus 4 Black, really amazing and awesome. Early I have used HTC, Samsung and Blackberry but this time really proud of Nexus 4. The only problem is battery is too much heat when I am playing games and using internet.

You can’t buy it from the Google Play devices store anymore, now that the Nexus 5 is available. Most retailers don’t have new Nexus 4s, and the prices are still riding pretty high on eBay. You’re looking at around £200 for a used one.

Your feedback was very helpful. I'm ok with the low-light camera issue, as I don't take that much pics. Even If I do, they are with lights on or out during daylight.
How's the glass back panel a drawback? That's one of the main reason I'm going for N4 instead of N5. Simply love how elegant it looks. But would have to agree of it's fragile nature. I'll buy a Ringke Fusion cover. Hopefully that would protect the back panel and phone.
The only reason I shortlisted N4 was due to the extreme fast response time + Elegant look at a decent price.
Would updating to 4.4 be helpful or the default build is good and stable?
Lastly any thoughts why are the prices rising from 21K 3 weeks back to 25K now in India?

LG and Google have sold millions of unit of Nexus4. So it is normal few units can be buggy and mostly unsatisfied users give there review.
If you talk about heating problem during High Graphics games then think of one thing, if you use 4core cpu in your PC then you need good fan or liquid coolant to avoid processor getting heat up. but in phone there is no fan of liquid coolant so any phone during high graphics game will heat up so it is not unique to Nexus4.
If you talk about Battery then this phone have 4.7 inch screen, 2GB RAM, qaud core processor so it need battery power to run, if any one want good battery then they should use any feature phone. But this phone will give you backup for a whole day or atleast 20 hrs. I am using this phone from last 10 months and battery is consistent for me.
only drawback is camera (only bad in low light quality) and glass back.
Once you will use Nexus device it will be hard to ue any other device and till the time you won't gonna use it you can't even imagine how smooth nexus 4 is

I don't understand why you all complain about the battery, for 2000mA, a 4,7 screen and a quad-core processor it works just fine for me, playing 3 Real Racing and doing my stuffs, my Nexus 4 works pretty good,it last a day and in stand by mode, it last 2 to 3 days, better than my Xperia Neo V battery life, pretty fast and smooth device, I'm going to USA in may and I'll try to buy the Nexus 5, really liked the phone, but I need to agree, camera image isn't the better one...

I'm planning to make a switch to the Android after being a Blackberry user for 4 years. I couldn't find any better phone in terms of looks & performance as compared to any other android phone in this price tag. However I'm a little confused with the mixed feedback that I get, can you please help me clarify?
1. Overheating issue : the back panel gets hot during use of google maps or high-end graphic games or prolonged usage
2. Battery performance : The battery don't even lasts a day for normal usage. In case of using Google Maps, it can drain within a hour. One can get a battery back up of 3-4 hours while playing games.
Apart from these 2, I'm very happy with the phone and feedback received. Would appreciate, if someone can help me clarify and clear my doubt too. Thanks

Bought one last week, today it fell from my desk straight to the ground, and now I have a Gorilla-Shattered Glass-2 display.
Really, first.fall.ever and its gone, not to mention that my desk is less than a meter high.
My other cell phone (Star S5 butterfly, bought on DX) already survived way more damage than this piece of crap.

Its a good mobile value for the money. good processor speed only camera quality is little bit low. overall its a good moobile.

After update KK Nexus 4 is fast smooth and stable..intead of iPhone 5 16GB iOS7.xx better to buy Google Nexus 4 16GB KK4.xx
