Just got mine updated to 4.4.2 directly from 4.4 here in the Philippines, 52MB download. Noticed that the phone is a lot more responsive and snappier now. The lockscreen also has transparent bars now.

WTF
nothing is working.
i can't play games, i can't use mx-player.
everything is crashing.

just got 4.4.2 kitkat here in Delhi-India. 10-12-2013
its 52 MB update directly from 4.4 to 4.4.2 .
clear the google framework , clear cache, force close ,and go to setting then check the update ...boom 4.2.2 is here .
seriouly i can't predict a single change .

Many are facing this problem after 4.4 update.. So Eger to get it rectified via 4.4.1... LG produces good quality devices than Samsung.. But Samsung are good in providing periodical updates for their device.. Specially flagship phones.. In this area LG sucks..

AnonD-34934, 08 Dec 2013Did u get 4.4.1Not yet in Philippines and i think according to other users there is no changes in camera but i hope this update is zero shutter lag even application no lag during execution and also please do not use 3rd party launcher using full screen. Samsung and Lg are korean company but why samsung is the best than you LG.

reza, 07 Dec 2013pls. confirm anyone received nexus 4 updated to android 4.4.1ive updated the Nexus 4 with the new Kitkat version..
visible changes in the Call records tab and an exhaustive list of emoticons while sending messages.... options of Printing have been added..
a few things to keep in mind:: Cannot apply songs as ringtones (can download an app from Android); Camera quality couldve been better; Very fragile glass back - cracked within 2 weeks.
Advisable to buy a cover.
Overall im very happy with the phone ..

Taz26, 07 Dec 2013Can't complain much have a look at the price tag..Absolutely true just got myself Nexus 5..I try other o/s but always end up back Android .Usually have Samsung but going Nexus to relieve bloatware..
