the battery life lasts just about a day. the screens amazing and it has most of the important feature that S4 or note 3 have. im not a fan of gimiks

Ashok, 09 Nov 2013I heard the 32GB version has a battery of 3100mAh. Is it true ?No Ashok, it isn't.My friend got his Nexus 2 days back.Here is the quick review:
Pros:
1.Display-Really Sharp
2.Updated interface
These are the only two real USP of Nexus 5. I am not highlighting speed as S4 and HTC one offer same experience and with Much better camera. Specially S4
CONS:(Too many-Highlighting only major ones)
1.Camera-It is one of the worst camera's I have ever seen.Honestly Lumia 620 has much better camera than this one. It is highly unstable.For getting an OK picture you have to go to HDR mode. Normal photo is worst.Night photography is impossible without flash. And all those who like photography will agree that true colors of night are best captured in Right ISO setting without flash
2.Battery:Getting 15hrs on normal use is a target for a mobile that's just two days old. It sucks big time.
3.NO HEADPHONES-Believe it or not. Company is not giving headphones. If you buy standard LG headphones compatible with their mobiles, the good ones start above 70$. So please add that into your overall bill.
In India, I think LG headphones are available at Rs 1500 onward. So what ever you pay add 1500 more into that.
4.No Radio
Buy it if you don't have a high end smartphone. If you are already having one, it is utter foolishness to upgrade to this one. Honestly I will prefer Lumia 925 in this price range. Android means S4 or HTC ONE

Its about time Google gives Motorola a chance to build a Nexus phone. I would love to see Motorola making Nexus 6 with revolutionary Battery (say about 5000 mah) and loads of innovation.

With that powerful processor and screen resolution you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that this phone will not even last for one full day even with medium usage. I would have considered to buy this phone if it had a minimum of 3500 mah battery. If Motorola can squeeze 3500 mah battery in virtually paper like thin phones (Droid Maxx, Razr Maxx) than why can't Google? Its about time that the phone companies should realize that people are nowadays concerned with battery life and buying phones with bigger battery.
I would rather go for Droid Maxx as it has a huge battery life and will get Kitkat update very soon which will enhance the battery performance even more.

well its another crappy phone from LG..i wonder how long will LG make google phones??the regulator/pwm circuitry is the same old crappy and leaky one used on the Nexus 4 days..earpiece issue is still present on some batches..the only notable feature is the Snapdragon 800 chip and the Display..though as usual Google did not even tried calibrating the Display to its fullest potential..
