All i got to say about this phone after 1 year use is :
Performance - superb
Design - superb
BATTERY LIFE - WORST EVER!!!!!
after one year use battery backup is hardly 2hrs of browsing at a stretch and yeah at minimum brightness
Ohh hell i cant even play clash of clans for 1 hrs at a stretch without plugged in.. And being at 100% plugged in if i play clash of clans after one hr battery will be 85%.. Kind of pathetic for a 34k piece of trash..
Time to move on.. Bye bye nexus 5... Android phones are ment to work for 1-2 years in a good way.. And they are not the same after some years.. Time to have iphone 6 experience.. Never used an iphone ;)

Dingdong, 06 Apr 2015So you claim that this phone has an inherent hardware probl... moreJoining in, to validate that since launch 16gb black set was going perfect only WiFi ad battery on lowerside, but now since 5.0.1 update my signals vanished, was on forum ad did everything from format to factory reset, changed sims, only they don't connect with network, but they connect on any other cell. Can't use it, totally only a WiFi device left. What cud possible be the defect, even have updated to 5.1 too lately. Same no signals. Help

For price upto Rs.29000, I will always prefer Nexus 5. Beleive me, No other branded phone can match its performance.
I am using this since a year, just fantastic.
Had used galaxy note 3, galaxy s5, but I am stick to Nexus 5.

Seems entirely logical. What kind of problems, and do you have something to back it up?
I have had a Nexus 5 since November 2013, and have been extremely satisfied with it. Haven't had any problems what so ever with the power button.

Please dont buy nexus 5. It as major issue of power button which you will face after 16-17 months when device is out of warranty. If you go to LG service center they will ask you to replace motherboard as they cant fix power key. This will cost you around 1/3 of your device. Stop buying Nexus 5 !

I no nexus 5 is gud i am wishing to buy it....
But i also liked z3 as it has much better specs and also is faster but my problem is xperia z3's screen is quite big for my hand so i want ur opinions if should i buy nexus 5 or xperia z3 irrespective of its size.......

i love this phone. simply awesome, 9 months and i haven't had any major issue with it, other than the battery life which is annoying poor especially after upgrading to lollipop -_-
i was happy with it in 4.4 kitkat

Still for me, it is the best phone till now. Yes, there are bugs but its temporary, will be sorted out soon officially.
But, you can solve these minor issues yourself by rooting and installing custom ROMs which provides additional features.
I can suggest you "Euphoria OS 5.1", uncomparable, flawless, just awesome.

It's with disappointed words, now Google has lost its grip on. 01 or. 1 updates, these are bugs fixes ad phycological impact more. Just stay with what you have and upgrade to 5.5.5, it willbe big jump on sstability ad performance. N6 has fixed out ad worthless as 805 is not full HD. That's why no more demand as N5 still has.

Really awesom phone with 5 inch display but most disappointed factor is in 16 gb nexus 5 is storage if you are the demanding user

I received OTA 5.1 two days ago. I'm very happy, RAM management is fix, 1 gb RAM is free mostly time and my Nexus is little fast than before.

5.1 update did a lot of trouble to me connecting my nexus 5 to my pc after the device setup is made.
