Just received 5.0.1 update this morning 8.00 am india.....no visual changes so far.....
Never ending multitasking tray issue seems to be solved now
Will update after 2,3 days on performance and battery life.

As 1 day experienc... more@tasbir Stock rom with no added feature is one of the feature of nexus 5!Thats y we nexus lover got nexus or go for stock rom and nexus!If u wanted extra features,Samsung is always an option.But THose extra stuff compromise androids performance and smoothness.

Freefaller™, 18 Dec 2014@ james79 Did all that except for the battery saver mode... moreYes battery is shocking. I left home at 10.00 this morning with 67% battery. Now at 20.13 and only 12% left after using battery saver and using it as a normal phone with just 5mins gaming and 20mins on Facebook.

My phone restarts itself often for no reason. I'm haven't made any modifications to the device. It is running Nova launcher. The phone restarts when doing something, it doesn't have to be graphically intensive things for this to happen. I have tried factory resetting the device in the beginning it felt okay but after installing my apps and all it stated its routine. Help!

I have just bought this phone yesterday. As 1 day experience I can say its a good phone for:
Performance, Look, Value
Bad for:
Battery, stock rom(no added features and options)
Camera is good for me both day and low light.
My phones Compass is a little bit inclined with actual direction. No vibration when call connects.
Will update more opinion after using some more days.

Hey evryone i have a Few questions:
1.When i install a new update for android for exsample from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4 OTA do i have to factory reset the phone after?
2. My current version is 4.4.4, do i get to update immdietley to 5.0.1? or i have to update to 5.0 first
i still didnt get an update for some reason, im from Bosnia and the guy below wrote he got it. Is it something i should be concerned or?

Android 5.0.1 still hasn't fixed the problems. My battery was on 94% when I went to bed last night. 3G and WiFi was OFF and no apps were running; and this morning the battery was showing 67%.

Hi guys.... I found that on my nexus 5 display there are small horizontal lines going through out the screen... It is very visible on white background... Is it normal? Have you faced similar issue? What should i do???? Plz help!

This mobile very good. only issue battery backup and external storage not available.But mobile charging and speed to access apps everything superb.Over all mobile is good one
