Who all have upgraded there 2x to GB in India..Pls share the experience so far and any change in UI interface....also hanging issue been resolved????

just updated my optimus 2X to Gingerbread..India
vr 2.3.4 ,V20e
seems good so far..
the only reason i wanted to do this is for the front camera support for video calling and for good battery life.

does all the applications n saved games get deleted after upgrading to 2.3 ???

If you have problems with GPS after updating to Gingerbread, just turn off an turn on data connection or/and reboot your device.

excuse me... every 512 mb ram shows 372...... better check . it is true wd s2 also.... and i run 200 apps on my 2x..... never hangs .... no prblm on 2.2 ... jst i hate its back cover that makes creaking sound..... otherwise its best.....

Its about time the fanbois start admitting that android is the problem, making all fones crap. I changed to experia pro and I guess its the most stable droid fones but not great. Running out of options now, there are no good android fones as long as they run on android.
Those who. Do not require pbhysical keyboard can go for nokia N9, it works and no hassle, wish google was half as good

The sad truth is that android is extremely unstable, how I wish there was an alternative to android. But windows phone is worse, and cant even copy files over usb or bluetooth, so at the end of the day we have to live wit stability isssues, crashing apps and services has become a part of life with android and its same in 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3.
