The real competitor of this handset would be HTC evo 3D. The key difference is that LG Optimpus 3D has 8 gb internal memeory whereas HTC evo 3D only has 1 GB internal memory. However, HTC evo 3D has a faster CPU. Both handsets can expand memory by inserting the micro SD card, so the size of internal memory would not make much difference. I personally would prefer HTC evo 3D instead.

After making us wait soooo long for this to get released. Like the HTC Evo 3D, it had better ship with Gingerbread (v2.3) instead of the originally specified Froyo (Android OS v2.2)!

dual core, dual channel, dual memory. it means 512MBx2=1024mb ram or 256MBx2=512mb ram? i'm confused.
and omap44x soc's supported USB OTG, this device will support OTG?

Most PowerVR SGX 540 designs run the GPU core at up to 200MHz. Exynos' implementation is another 50% faster. LG's software build also uses a newer version of Imagination Technologies' driver (1.6 instead of 1.5) which fixes some rendering issues and improves performance considerably (likely between 10 - 30% in GLBenchmark2)."
Exynos is the Orion Mali chip though? It is confusing! Should i use the OMAP testing on virtual specs ran at 300MHz or making a comparison to the Exynos?? ANy idea people?

It seems like it's a great phone but when it hit stores how much is it going to cost since it's 3d. Which carrier is it going to and is it related to the lg thrill 4g

This phone is stunning. Its 3D feature, astounding specification and dual 3D capture camera makes it unique by its standard. The first handset with 3D capability even without 3D glass.

The phone is just fantastic! Using this phone with Dual Core Dual memory and Dual Channel it makes a phone so fast! I love the fact is 3D. The experience is good and it can be controled. Taking pictures is cool and Youtube 3D will grow fast!
