just download "battery widget" to monitoring charging. The actual battery charged data will display on screen bar while power charging.

the battery indicator in android needs a fix.
always try to leave the phone or tsblet charched for 30 to 45 minutes after it says 100%.
for some reason my tablet has this build in.
it goed to 99% in less then half an houd then stays on 99% for about an hour.

johti, 20 Nov 2012Does this phone take long to charge up... should not take longer then 2 hours with the origional charger but 1,5 hours is closer to what it should be.
and to people tat keep asking about JB ask LG noone knows as theres no LG employees here.
only LG knows what they are working on.

I have d... moreyes watchdog is a battery drainer its good to detect if theres apps draining battery but its draining battery on the same time as its literaly monitoring everything in the phone.
and no the LG camera should beat that by miles.
try a different camera app or see if you can reset all camera settings.
playing with settings could gets you screwed hehe happens to me al the time.
i play about with everything and sometimes you mess it up so you need a reset :)
also sample immages and something to compare with would help.

I have drained the battery and have it removed.Now I'm charging it to full.Is watchdog draining battery?
I installed it after reading about taskkillers and how they don't work.
But I was testing the camera on my 4x and compared it to my tablet(p7300) which has 3.15mp,and my 4x came out much worse.That can't be normal is it?Maybe I take it to service.

I can't understand why many people are disappointed with camera. I have just compare the photos taken by my 4X and my friend's GS3 and i can say that the only difference is the over-sharpening in the photo process in GS3 which is not a big deal.
the camera quality is almost the same even better for 4X, but GS3 is doing better job in Camcorder mode.

Driven, 18 Nov 2012 To be truth, this phone has better facilities for users ... moreif im absolutely honest id prefer the soc of the optimus G and also the design.
however sadly the battery management of the optimus G seems to be plain awefull.
the soc is more efficient with power but the software seemed so poor (this was in development stage with latest firmware 3 weeks ago that i checked) that the battery drains silly fast when using light apps as it just always uses 4 cores on max frequency :(
sadly this seems ti be a issue for all quad core phones.
most apps dont use much but still use all cores which is fatal for quad core phones for now.
another failings in the optimus G is no SD slot and NO removable battery...
i dont get why LG did a step back on this (the sample i saw was AT&T i belive)
so lets hope the international release model will be better on battery management and gets a removable battery and sd slot seeing android 4.2 seems to solve the sd slot and apps problem that currently excists in 4.0 (cant move apps to sd)
