i comparisn b/w lg optimus l7 p700 and 4xhd... there r no more difrence in price... bt dis is too bst than L7- i will purchse 4xhd & also refer every1 for purchasing this phone.

u can search the app on google play under the name "dead pixel test", it will show many, but i usually just download the 1st one on top (though i have run some different apps just to make sure that the result of dead pixel are all similar).
when i run the test, the dead pixel on LGO4XHD screen is always spotted on dark gray-black background, it sort of sparkling blue dot. for max result of test, set screen to full brightness and run the test in dark environment.
i have tested in some units, and they all have dead pixel in different spot of the screen, can be more than 1 dots. Please follow up after u run the test and get any findings.

shah, 15 Jul 2012My galaxy s3 better then lg optimus 4xi compared my phone with my b-inlaws SG III and must tell you it performs neck n neck with it. so your claim that SG III is not accurate. i would say i see no difference with either phones. you buy it based on your preference and looks. i love my LGO4X.

In respect to the pixels, i have noticed there is a dead dot on the screen down to the right. Is difficult to spot but it becomes noticeable in pitch black conditions when playing videos.
I would advice users not to upgrade to v10b. As the phone in v10a is faster.
I might send back this unit again and get another one because of the dot and the focus.
