and yes it lags in some gameloft games but this is because gameloft is a lazy ass money leech refucing to optimize the game.
but in theory the tegra 3 is faster gpu wise.
some of the problems can be solved after rooting by applying some tweaks but mainly this is up to gameloft.
if a game isnt working correctly all we can do is blame gameloft over and over and over till they finaly work for their money.
and yes subway surfers runs fine (and i have half the cores disabled).

Well pino I'm not a trol spamming nonsense that is what people said about the gpus that mali400mp is better ... I love this phone and I liked its specs and I want to buy it .. but I watched its gaming videos on youtube and in some games it lags like hell unlike the s3 even the s2 and the optimus l9 do better job in gaming..is nvidia has a good future in games or not ?..Can I solve this problem after rooting my phone and using something like chainfire 3d or setcpu .... does subway surfers work well on this device or lag ? pls tell me .. thanks in advance :)

you clearly do not know what your talking about...
the cpu part of the galaxy s3 soc is about 5% faster then the tegra 3.
however the 3d preformance of the tegra 3 gpu score is as fast or faster then the mali 400 in the s3.
google some benchmarks and look at gpu scores and youl see your wrong.
you clearly are just a trol spamming nonsense.

Why the ULP GeForce Gpu Lg Why ??! It's not a good Gpu at all ... that what makes galaxy s3 with it's mali-400mp take the lead ! .. Lg should have put a better gpu in this awesome phone ..

ok after reading... moredont expect anything to fancy.
only verry basic things like a net task manager widged,changes on recent app screen,new weather app,new keyboard,changes to gallery,some lockscreen changed but not the optimus g waterdrop unlock.
nothing special really some improvements and some downgrades like brightness ontroll in the notification panel.
its a useless space hogger.
seems were not getting any of the optimus g features.

i guess some of them need country specific modifications or language changes.
for example italy had to possibly wait 2 extra weeks.

LG has confirmed via its official
German blog that it's planning to
release a Jelly Bean update for its
last year high-end and mid-range
offerings - the Optimus 4X HD and
Optimus L7. More specifically, LG
says it'll push Android 4.1.2 only to the
unlocked versions of the devices. Presumably,
those purchased under carrier subsidizing will
have to wait for their carrier to approve of the...

I uninstalled updates f... moreas far as battery stats go i only care about total time on charge minus phone inactive as thats the acutal use time your on.
so at 44% battery charge you should be at about 1 hour 45 min to 2 hours.
the % display seems to be completely wrong so i ignore it.
i hope JB fixes this even tho its not realy important.

hi, i was wondering how you guys cope with the video on this phone. i really like the lg, but reviews here and elsewhere say the auto focus is ruining video recording. Also the gsm demo vid shows how awful the auto focus is. Has anyone any ideas if this is going to be fixed, and issues you have etc pls?

I uninstalled updates for maps,and then I got the chance to disable it.but the strange thing is even when disabled it updated it self from playstore,but still disabled after update.
But I.m confused about the battery use now after 6h.on battery it is on 44% phonecalls 29% 57 min.System 23%our Cell standby 20%.Idle 16% 5h,
screen 6% wifi 6&a.5h
normally I get this battery state after 10h of more use.Few days ago I had 12 hour and 36% batt and 3h of phone calls and light browsing and reading one hour(black background) and maps took 40%.
Strange,are the info.in batt monitor correct? Or are there any battery vampyrs?do you think garlic will keep them away? :)

Currently Im using LG 4X HD,
Everything is goo... moreas for the battery chack my prev post. as for the camera.
the quality of the front camera itself is good however because the lens is so tiny (as on all phones) it just needs a good lightsource.
n daytime it works fine at night time with artificial light you might need to have a light in front of you to light your face.
due to phones getting thinner and thinner there is less and less room for camera lenses making them smaller and smaller leaving less and less light in.
sadly its a limitation of the technology.
so just with with your face towards the light to compensate and it should be fine.

siren, 20 Mar 2013One problem I have on this phone is that it drains battery ... morewel either you have really bad widi/3g signal (but even then the drain shouldnt be more then 25% a day)or some app like mapps is draining your battery.
install Gsam battery monitor or better battery stats and find out what is using your juice.
