AnonD-106365, 21 Feb 2013heating in the sense does it get so heat ???? sound quality... morei tested skype this week and apart from the latest 2 versions being shite it works good.
so you need to use a older version of skype (2.9 something ) and it works smooth and the quality (atleast outgoing i had low incoming sources) is good.
sadly this leaves us without the msn account support for now.
do not ever try to use the later versions of skype as it will crash your phone upon hanging up.
we need to wait for MS to fix the skype app again for our phone which they dont seem to be in a hurry to do so as the problem is a few months known already.

AnonD-54641, 21 Feb 2013Pino I just like to know your opinion regarding Iphone 5 vs... morethe reason that apple needs less resources is a the screen is smaller and has to render less pixels. therefore it needs less power to fil the screen with information.
a android phone has a bigger screen with these days higher resolution and therefore it needs to calculate more pixels needing more cpu power.
the second and most likely more important thing is the software itself.
android is to be compatible with hundreds of android phones with all different kinds of hardware ios is written for a handfull of devices so there much less hardware support in it and therefore is easyer on the resources.
its the same with the windows vs mac discussion.
as for the screens itself i would always take any ips screen over amoled its just so much better i still giggle inside every day i look at this amazing screen (had a amoled before).
as for costumization you can pretty much copy the looks of the iphone with a new launcher and a icon pack.
but the fact remains that the phone an also ipad for the most people feels easy to use so that feeling you wont get as you will still have android menu's.
i personaly dislike the layout of ios as i find it unpractical but thats just me.
at the end of the day its all your choice.
the iphone 5 is mighty expencive and for that you have 2 lg 4x hd's.
so the choice is yours comprimise on ui feeling or get the better bigger screen.

and it should feel warm to the touch its never really hot.
not even after 30 minutes gaming its just warm.
the samsung gets warm also and so do all the tegra 3 tablets.
its the nature fo the beasts if you dont like it but a single core phone.

im nt a lg lover i need good quality phone so i can use it lyk 1-2 yrs properly!! i figured this will work out and its in my budget around 300 euros!! what do url thnk are there any phones better thn thz???

The phone gets enormously heated after 10 mins of viber or skype usage.The audio quality is below average.The display is excellent,processor is fast and battery is also good.

AnonD-106365, 21 Feb 2013so u prefer its good or bad by overall performance ??? wbt ... moreIve been useing this phone for around 80 days now and i Must say im happy with over all preformans, its fast no lag what So ever and sound is loud And clear on Speaker (not as loud as on a xperia xlound technolagy but This is ormal) battery is ok for. Quadcore phone aroun. 2 days max. the screen Is just perfect. For its money i Must say its a steal!

Please wait for new models like optimus F7 which has dual core processor(not sure which brand) and 2GB of ram if you are really intrested to buy LG.

Pino I just like to know your opinion regarding Iphone 5 vs any android counterpart phone. I had an sgs3 its my brothers phone that turned to be mine but not my first choice fone. My choice was the lg4xhd bec of ips display. just like the Ip5. I know that android phone was more on customization and the Ip5 that focused on icon and Ui optimization. But after all the modification and customization that had made on my sgs3 it still incomparable (imo) to Ip5 to the display looks and user experiences that you will feel on iphone that uses only a dual core Cpu And i think it is also the case with any android phone. Pls enlighten me...

Got this phone a week ago (Brand new). Phone gets hot easily upon using 3g, so hot that it can melt a butter and pop a popcorn! Might fry your ear if youl make a call after few minutes of 3g. And theres a bonus, i found out that theres a few bunch of dust inside the screen and 1 big dust in the middle! Wow! There goes my $400 money for a piece of shit! Might sue the shop and the dealer if they will not replace it or refund me the money. Should i have go for s3 or ion! Hear me out Lg you owe me bigtime!
