Take it to service place to fix the button. I've use LG Optimus G for 4 months now. All buttons, touchscreen, camera, software, work fine.

Just press & hold power button for 10secs & your phone will be reset (not restart).
Don't worry your informations will be safe...
This trick actually works like pc reset button!

Another one is that sometimes the shortcuts disappear from lock screen!!!
I had realized it last month!
Let's hope LG will fix them...
SONY Z & ZR has got 4.4.4!

i just want to ask, why is the power button of my e975 is not working properly? i mean before if i want to turn it off or restart i am just holding and press it, (it shows with menu) but now, when i am pressing it, it keeps on locking my screen. how can i restart my phone? somebody know? thanks

guys we haven't received even the first update as of yet in Saudia. I also tried to check through LG PC Suit but it says you already have the latest. Is there any workaround ?
