I have a problem with unlocking the screen. Once it locks i can not unlock it. It remains black, only the 3 buttons on the bottom are lighting up. What should i do?

How much "heat" from your phone?
And what are you doing until it reach that "heat"? Gaming?
If still 42-45C degree, it's normal. I own N4 too, and it's same.
My friend own One X and it's unbelievable hot, reach 52C degree.
Did you try asking @xda about your problem?
Actually i am not own Optimus G anymore, Now i used G Pro.

Hmm, i think this phone is more cooler than any Tegra 3 based phone.
If your phone overheat too much, don't check it on.

I guess Optimus G better than nexus 4. In indonesia nexus 4 cheaper than Optimus G but Nexus 4 have just 10 gb memory available and there is no micro sd slot even Optimus G havent micro sd slot too but it have 25 gb available
