i am dissapointed.. from today, when i making a call, i do not hear anything, the other can hear me ok. what is happening???

I'm waiting for the Kitkat release, to see if this bug goes away, because I've done 2 times factory settings, and still happnes now and then without notice the call issue

Happens to me the same thing. Some calls, no one can hear me, I hear them, make 2 or 3 calls again, and same situation. No one can hear me on the other side.
If they make a call to me after that, and call back again at them, works great again.
A friend of mine said that for having dual microphones (recording videos), sometimes, it wont connect neither.

BBM Calls issue! Anyone can tell why. When I use bbm call to other bbm contact, I only can hear them speaking to me but they cannot hear my voice althought I ve used my handsfree, they sill cannot hear my voice. Try to touch mute/unmute mic button still doesn:t work, ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE?

sos, 31 May 2014There will be no update to kitkit.U have no proof. Don't mislead people. LG Brasil site already posted guaranteed 4.4 update on the l7ii info page. There was a leaked document from an lg executive regarding the update on July 14 for l7ii & sept 14 for l5ii.

This is very good cell phone, battery is exellent, 3 days withouth charging. For this price this is very solid cell phone!

Dumb people.. What y'all expect from KitKat while 4.1.2 JB is still working awesome.. This is probably one of the best low-midrange phone with a dual core and 768 MB RAM.. Awesome battery, descent camera..

you didn't even saw Xperias, Huawei and Samsung.
first L series when came out, they got JellyBean update. and most SAMSUNG GALAXY when came out in jellybean, most 90% of them didn't get JellyBean.
Huawei rarely updates their old phones, only when they launch each phone.
sony xperias when came out with 2.3.7 or 4.0, most of them didn't got JellyBean, even they was a few months in market.
LG is the only one that updates faster Kitkat for old phones. even the most weakest kitkat phone in market is LG L40, and I only see others brands launches flagships phones with kitkat, why not mid and low end ? old LG G Optimus and PRO have already Kitkat. LG L9 II has kitkat now. LG L5 II and L7 II is coming kitkat in july.
samsung announced that S3 and S3 mini won't get kitkat, but LG G optimus was launched the same year and has specs like S3.. shame .
now say that LG has poor updates..
